DISH Network Corporation (NASDAQ: DISH) promoted Mike McClaskey from senior vice president and chief information officer to executive vice president and chief human resources officer. Before joining DISH in 2007, McClaskey spent 12 years at Perot Systems, where he served as the corporation’s vice president of infrastructure solutions and chief information officer. In 2013 he was named CIO of the Year by the Denver Business Journal.
Principal Financial Group®(NYSE: PFG) announced Beth Raymond is promoted to senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Raymond joined the company in 2000 as assistant director – executive compensation. She served in several management roles in human resources through 2010 when she was named vice president of human resources. Prior to joining The Principal, she held human resources positions at GuideOne Insurance, MidAmerican Energy Company, InterCoast Energy Company and Norwest Corporation.
Pandora (NYSE: P) announced that Kristen Robinson will join Pandora in the newly-created role of Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Robinson joins Pandora from Yahoo where she led the company’s global HR centers of excellence and international HR teams. Ms. Robinson has expertise in building global teams for technology companies, including Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies and Verigy, where she was the Chief Human Resources Officer before joining Yahoo.
Patriot National Insurance Group, Inc. announced the promotion of Jamie O’Connor to Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. O’Connor joined Patriot in 2008 as an HR Manager. Prior to being promoted to Vice President, Ms. O’Connor held the position of Human Resources Director from 2010 until present. Before joining Patriot National, Ms. O’Connor was Senior Human Resources Generalist at Ram Realty Services.
Allison Transmission Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ALSN) announced that Robert M. Price, Vice President of Human Resources, has elected to retire effective April 1. He will be succeeded by Mary Anne Hoffman who has been promoted to Acting Executive Director of Human Resources. Hoffman joined the company in August 2012 and has been responsible for international human resources, as well as employee training and development activities. Prior to joining Allison, Hoffman had most recently spent 12 years in human resources for Ford Motor Co. in Indianapolis.
Abercrombie & Fitch Co. (NYSE: ANF) announced the promotion of James N. Bierbower to Executive Vice President – Human Resources. Mr. Bierbower joined Abercrombie & Fitch in 2006 as Vice President – Organizational Development. He was promoted to Senior Vice President in 2008 and assumed his most current role as Senior Vice President – Human Resources two years ago. Prior to joining A&F, he held a variety of positions in merchandising, human resources, finance and operations with The May Department Stores Company.
Ameriprise Financial, Inc. (NYSE: AMP) announced that Amy DiGeso was appointed to its board of directors. Ms. DiGeso was most recently executive vice president – global human resources at The Estee Lauder Companies, Inc. from 2005 to 2013 and currently serves as executive vice president and senior advisor to the executive chairman and CEO. Ms. DiGeso was managing partner – human capital at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, president of Popular Club, Inc., chief executive officer of Mary Kay Inc., and held senior positions in human resources at Bankers Trust Company and American Express Company.
