Invitation Homes Inc. [DALLAS] (NYSE: INVH) announced that Elizabeth Galloway has joined the company as executive vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO). Prior to joining Invitation Homes, Galloway was CHRO of home décor retailer At Home. Previously, she held human resources leadership positions with PepsiCo, Owens Corning and Marathon Petroleum Company.
Pella [Pella, Iowa] appointed John Bollman as Chief Human Resources Officer. Bollman comes to Pella from Cooper Tire & Rubber Company where he was the Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer.
GODIVA Chocolatier [NEW YORK] announced that Amy Zuckerman has joined the company as Chief People Officer. Zuckerman joins from Salvatore Ferragamo where, during her nearly 20-year tenure, she built the North American HR infrastructure.
Bullhorn [BOSTON] announced that Kristin Machacek Leary has joined the company as its Chief People Officer. Leary joins Bullhorn from Hitachi Vantara, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Leary spent more than two years as Chief Human Resources Officer at Forcepoint. Leary has spent her career primarily leading people functions at companies including Alphatec Spine, Boston Scientific, and Hewlett-Packard.
Avetta, LLC [OREM, Utah] announced the appointment of Aaron Wattam as chief human resources officer. Most recently, he served as VP – Global Human Resources at Paradigm Ltd. for almost a decade, including 2 years spent post-acquisition by Emerson Electric to create Emerson’s E&P Software group.
Medidata [New York] appointed Naveen Bhateja to SVP, Chief People Officer. Bhateja most recently served as People Business Partner at Medidata until his appointment in to Chief People Officer in Oct. 2019. Prior to joining Medidata, he was global vice president of HR for Juniper Networks for five years. Bhajeta’s career spans nearly 25 years at companies including GE, JP Morgan Chase, Experian and Amazon.
OCC [CHICAGO] announced that Carla Dawson, previously First Vice President, Talent Management, has been promoted to Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining OCC in 2017, Dawson served for nearly 20 years in a series of roles of increased responsibility at Driehaus Capital Management, LLC, including as the Managing Director, Human Resources. Previously, Dawson worked for two executive search firms; Heidrick & Struggles, and Korn Ferry, as well as the financial services firm of Abaco De Bolsa.
Weave [LEHI, Utah] announced that Angie Balfour has joined as the company’s first Chief People Officer (CPO).Prior to joining Weave, Angie spent over five years at Instagram and Facebook. Most recently, she served as Head of Instagram Human Resources and Director of Human Resources at Facebook. Prior to that, Angie spent over a decade at Fairchild Semiconductor as a Senior Global Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Business Partner.
Vor Biopharma [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced that Tania Philipp has joined as Vice President of People. Prior to joining Vor, Philipp was Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Tango Therapeutics. Tania has held various senior human resources positions for Bavarian Nordic, Mendel Biotechnology, Sunesis Pharmaceuticals, Pearl Therapeutics (acquired by AstraZeneca) and Protein Design Labs.
