Condé Nast [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Stan Duncan as chief people officer. Most recently, Duncan was the chief human resources officer for Raymond James Financial. Prior to that, he served as senior executive vice president, global head of human resources and management for Westfield Group. Before Westfield, Duncan held various HR leadership roles at Aramark, Sterling/Eastman and PPG.
Ceros [NEW YORK] announced the hire of Jennifer Schwalb as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Ceros Jennifer was most recently Global Head of Talent and Human Resources at Redscout. Previously, she served as the Director of Talent and Growth at the global branding agency CBX. Jennifer built out the HR function of advertising agency Nitro USA, before the company’s acquisition by global advertising agency Sapient to form SapientNitro Group. She also worked at Kirshenbaum Bond + Partners.
Westland Insurance Group Ltd. [SURREY, British Columbia] announced Keri Fraser as Chief People Officer (CPO) effective November 12, 2019. Keri joins Westland Insurance Group Ltd. from Colliers, where she spent the past 10 years.
CentralSquare [Lake Mary, Fla.] announced the appointment of Todd Shaw as chief human resources officer. Shaw was previously CentralSquare’s interim chief human resources officer. Todd was the CHRO at Verifone. Prior to Verifone, he served as an HR vice president at PayPal and as an HR executive at Bank of America. Earlier in his career Shaw worked at the Taco Bell division of PepsiCo and at NCR.
