Healogics, Inc. [JACKSONVILLE, Fla.] announced that it has appointed Lynn Merritt to serve as Chief Human Resources Officer. Merritt joined Healogics in 2015 as Vice President, Learning and Development. Most recently, Merritt served as Executive Director, Human Resources at Aetna where she was responsible for providing HR leadership in all aspects of their commercial business and accountable for the creation and build of their HR analytics department. Prior to Aetna, Merritt spent several years at both Cigna and The Hartford.

Phenom People [HORSHAM, Pa.] announced it has named Brad Goldoor as its first Chief People Officer. Goldoor co-founded Phenom People in 2010 and held multiple roles within the organization. Prior to founding Phenom People, Goldoor was the President at a marketing & advertising agency, Sales Director at CareerBuilder and Gannett, and Co-Founder with Phenom People’s CEO and COO at SnipSnap.

PulteGroup, Inc. [ATLANTA] (NYSE: PHM) announced that Michelle Hairston has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Human Resources, effective April 2, 2018. Hairston succeeds James Ellinghausen, who is retiring from PulteGroup after 13 years.   Prior to joining PulteGroup, Hairston worked at CIGNA Corporation for four years.

Selective Insurance Company of America [BRANCHVILLE, N.J.] , a subsidiary of Selective Insurance Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: SIGI), announced the appointment of Charles Musilli to Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Musilli first joined Selective in 1981 as an insurance trainee and has held a variety of regional and corporate strategic and leadership positions, most recently as Senior Vice President, Distribution Strategies.

Waypoint Residential [BOCA RATON, Fla.] appointed Gina Lujan as Vice President of Talent. Lujan brings more than twelve years of experience to her new role, including serving as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Jones Lang LaSalle and Director of Human Resources for Tishman Speyer.
