AMRI [ALBANY, N.Y.] announced that Joseph D. Sangregorio has joined the company as senior vice president, chief human resources officer (CHRO). Mr. Sangregorio comes to AMRI from Rank Group Ltd., where he has served as vice president and CHRO since 2011. Before Rank Group, he was vice president, chief human resources officer, Viad Corporation.
The Wendy’s Company [DUBLIN, Ohio] (NASDAQ: WEN) announced that Chief People Officer Scott Weisberg intends to leave the Company once he completes an effective transition process over the next several months. Weisberg is expected to transition his responsibilities in the first quarter of 2018 to Coley O’Brien, currently Vice President of Human Resources. Subject to final Board approval, O’Brien is expected to succeed Weisberg in the Chief People Officer role. O’Brien joined the Company in 2007 as National Director of Operations Training, and has been successively promoted through Operations and Human Resources leadership roles over the past 10 years.
Mattel, Inc. [EL SEGUNDO, Calif.] (NASDAQ: MAT) announced that it has appointed Amy Thompson as Chief People Officer (CPO). Thompson joins Mattel from TOMS Shoes where she served as the head of HR for five years. Prior to TOMS, Thompson worked in several global HR leadership roles at Starbucks Coffee Company.

Scott Kavanagh
GTB [DEARBORN, Mich.] announced the appointment of Scott Kavanagh to Global Chief of Staff and Global Chief Talent Officer. Mr. Kavanagh previously held the position of President, Canada. Kavanagh began his career supporting the Ford dealer business in the Northeast and eventually led retail operations. In addition, he also served as Managing Director of Hudson Rouge, the advertising agency for Lincoln Motor Company, from 2012-2015, helping to bring to life the successful Matthew McConaughey partnership during his tenure. He has worked with GTB and with the WPP network for 17 years.
CF Industries Holdings, Inc. [DEERFIELD, Ill.] (NYSE: CF) announced that Susan L. Menzel joined CF as senior vice president, human resources. Menzel was most recently executive vice president, human resources for CNO Financial Group. Prior to CNO, she served as senior vice president, human resources for APAC Customer Services, Inc., and in roles of increasing responsibility for Sears, Roebuck & Company and Montgomery Ward, Inc.
Fiesta Restaurant Group, Inc. [DALLAS] (NASDAQ: FRGI), parent company of the Pollo Tropical® and Taco Cabana® fast casual restaurant brands, announced that Anthony “Tony” Dinkins has joined the Company as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Most recently, Dinkins served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Cable & Wireless Communications (C&W). Prior to joining C&W, he held a number of senior human resources positions for well-known companies such as Carnival Corporation, Citrix Systems and Avoya and Lucent Technologies.
