Lowe’s Companies, Inc. [MOORESVILLE, NC] (NYSE: LOW) announced the appointment of Janice Dupre Little as executive vice president, human resources. Little joined Lowe’s in 2017 and most recently served as senior vice president, diversity & talent management. Prior to Lowe’s, Little served as vice president, diversity and inclusion, chief diversity officer, for McKesson Corp. She also held several human resources leadership positions at Dell. Before transitioning into human resources, Little served in finance and accounting roles with Dell, IBM and Ernst & Young.
Tyson Foods, Inc. [SPRINGDALE, Ark.] (NYSE: TSN) named Johanna Söderström as Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer, effective July 6, 2020. Söderström succeeds Mary Oleksiuk, who is retiring after a 35-year career. Söderström most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at The Dow Chemical Company. She previously led global compensation and benefits at Huhtamaki. Söderström started her career in Finland at Ericsson and has also held HR roles in Germany and Switzerland.
ChampionX [The Woodlands, TX] (NYSE: APY) hired Jordan Zweig as senior vice president and chief Human Resources officer. Zweig joined Ecolab in 2013 as the Global Human Resources leader for Nalco Champion and more recently served as the Global Human Resources leader for Ecolab’s Institutional business, based in St. Paul, Minnesota. Before joining Ecolab, Zweig spent nearly 14 years at GE, where he served in Human Resources leadership roles in the Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Supply divisions while based in the U.S., Turkey, Italy, and the U.K. Jordan began his Human Resources career at Rotorex International and later progressed into leadership roles at Graham Packaging Company and Monsanto.
PlayPower, Inc. [DALLAS] announced that Danielle Garde has been appointed as Chief Human Resources Officer. Garde joined in May 2020 and leads the Company’s global human resources team. Prior to joining PlayPower, Garde was the Vice President of Human Resources at KidKraft, Inc. Before KidKraft, Garde held senior human capital roles with Danone North America, J.P. Morgan, Unilever Cosmetics International, American Express, and Deloitte.
Discovery Behavioral Health, Inc. [LOS ANGELES] announced the appointment of Corey Procuniar as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to his appointment at DBH, he was head of HR for Cambridge Healthcare Services in Orange County, CA where he worked for 10 years.
The Shyft Group [NOVI, Mich.] (NASDAQ: SHYF) announced the appointment of Colin Hindman as Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, Hindman was chief human resources officer at Dayco. Prior to Dayco, Hindman spent more than 14 years at TriMas Corporation. Hindman held several roles of progressive responsibility at TriMas, his last of which was vice president of human resources. He additionally held human resources management positions within Dana Corporation and Wabash Technologies.
AdvanSix [PARSIPPANY, N.J.] (NYSE: ASIX) announced the appointment of Kelly Slieter as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Slieter joins AdvanSix having most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources within the Performance Materials and Technologies division of Honeywell International. Previously, she held positions of increasing global responsibility at Honeywell, Tyco International and Bristol Myers Squibb.
M&T Bank [BUFFALO, NY] announced that Tracy Woodrow has been named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), following the decision by Janet Coletti to retire from the bank following a distinguished 35-year career. Woodrow joined M&T Bank in 2013, and served as Bank Secrecy Act Officer. Prior to joining M&T, she worked as in-house counsel and a senior compliance leader with HSBC Bank USA.
First Financial Bank, N.A. [ABILENE, Texas] announced the appointment of Pat Schulz as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Schulz comes to First Financial Bank with more than 30 years of experience as a chief human resources officer and consultant. She has led the human resources departments for large companies and financial services across the country.
Agio [NEW YORK] hired May Yoon as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Agio, she served as Chief People Officer for CLEAR. She has also been VP of Customer Experience and Innovation at Canadian retailer Hudson’s Bay Company and a Principal at Mercer.
