Dimitra Manis
S&P Global [NEW YORK] (NYSE: SPGI) announced that Dimitra Manis will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer effective May 16, 2018. Manis joins S&P Global from Revlon, Inc., where she served as the company’s Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to this role, she was the Senior Vice President for Global Talent at Estée Lauder Companies and worked at technology and data analytics based companies, OpenLink and Thomson Reuters. Manis also served in senior leadership roles with AXA Group in Paris and Asia.

Jennifer Terry
The Bancorp, Inc. [WILMINGTON, Del.] (NASDAQ: TBBK) announced that Jennifer Terry has joined the company as Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer. Terry joins The Bancorp team from TD Bank, where she served as Vice President, Senior Manager of HR Operations and Delivery.

Christina Kelly
Aqua America Inc. [BRYN MAWR, Pa.] (NYSE: WTR) announced that Christina Kelly will join the company as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Kelly was most recently vice president of human resources for AmerisourceBergen Corporation. She will begin her new role May 21.
U.S. Bank [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that its chief human resources officer, Jennie Carlson will retire from the company. Carlson will leave by the end of June.

Jon Couture
Principal Financial Group® [DES MOINES, Iowa] announced that Jon Couture will become the next Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) effective June 4, 2018. He succeeds senior vice president and chief human resources officer, Beth Raymond who resigned as of March 31, 2018. Since 2013, Jon has been the executive vice president – human resources for consumer lending at Wells Fargo. Prior to Wells Fargo, Jon was senior executive vice president of Human Resources at HSBC North America Holdings, Inc. He’s held numerous senior human resources leadership roles in a variety of industries and is a veteran of the US Air Force.

Stacey A. Verdino
Community Options, Inc. [PRINCETON, N.J.] announced the appointment of Stacey A. Verdino as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Stacey most recently was the Senior Director and Head of Human Resources for Nutrinia, Inc. Prior to that, she served as the Director of Human Resources for Amicus Therapeutics.

Judy Fimiani
Learning Care Group [Novi, Mich.] announced that Judy Fimiani is named Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective July 1, 2018. She will succeed Scott W. Smith, who retires effective June 30, 2018. Fimiani joined Learning Care Group as Vice President of Talent Acquisition in July 2017. Previously, she served as Vice President, Talent (North America) for Luxottica. Prior to that, she held a variety of HR leadership positions at Omnicare and NCS HealthCare.
DropCar, Inc. [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: DCAR) announced the appointment of Victoria Pasquale as Chief Human Resources Officer. Pasquale comes to DropCar from Aramark, where she was the Vice President of its New York region managing its higher education division. Before joining Aramark in 2016, Pasquale spent 15 years at Target in expanding executive roles.

Julie Clement
Vology [TAMPA, Fla.] announced the hiring of Julie Clement as the company’s first-ever Chief People Officer. Clement comes to Vology from Greenway Health, where she served more than two years as Vice President, Solutions Consulting. Prior to that, she held the Vice President, Human Resources post at MyUS. Clement has also served in multiple leadership roles within CoAdvantage and Ceridian that were centered around employee relations.
