Jorge Diaz
Coyote Logistics [CHICAGO] announced that Jorge Diaz accepted the position of Chief People Officer at Coyote Logistics. Prior to Coyote, Jorge served as Chief People Officer at Verizon Connect. Jorge joined Verizon Connect through their acquisition of Fleetmatics, where he led global Human Resources.

Roxanne Martinez
DentaQuest [BOSTON] announced that Roxanne Martinez joined as Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, Martinez served as the Senior Vice President and Talent Officer for the U.S. region of Liberty Mutual’s Global Retail Markets business. She joined Liberty Mutual in 2005 and held multiple human resource leadership positions in each of the company’s core business lines. During her career, Martinez has also served as a human resources management consultant and professional working for such companies as State Street, EMD Serono and Allaire/Macromedia.

Lori Rodden
The Hartford [HARTFORD, Conn.] appointed Lori Rodden as chief human resources officer, effective Oct. 1. She succeeds Marty Gervasi, who is retiring after nine years with The Hartford. Gervasi will remain with the company into early 2020 in an advisory role. Rodden has more than 20 years of experience with The Hartford, during which time she served in roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, Rodden was the lead HR business partner for Property & Casualty, Group Benefits, Claims and Actuarial. Previously, she was the HR lead for Middle Market, Large Commercial, Sales & Distribution and Underwriting. Prior to joining The Hartford in 1997, she served in human resources positions for Ames Department Stores and Barnett Bank of Tampa.

Holly Cafiero
Druva, Inc. [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Holly Cafiero as chief human resources officer (CHRO). Prior to joining Druva, Cafiero served as the SVP of People and Culture at Cloud Technology Partners (CTP), a Hewlett Packard Enterprise company. Prior to CTP, Cafiero was the SVP of HR at EnerNOC. She has held several other leadership roles at companies including Hologic, Vistaprint and Digitas.
TBK Bank, SSB, [Dallas] a wholly owned subsidiary of Triumph Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: TBK), announced that Stephen D. Grossi has been appointed executive vice president, chief human resource officer of the bank. Grossi joins TBK Bank from BOK Financial. Prior to that, he served as a Senior Vice President with PNC Financial Services. Grossi joined PNC with its acquisition of National City Bank in 2008. Prior to joining National City in December 2002, Grossi owned Capital Consultants.

Eric M. Weaver
Universities Space Research Association [COLUMBIA, Md.] announced the appointment of Eric M. Weaver as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining USRA, Mr. Weaver served as Vice President, Human Resources and Administration for the Global Business Travel Association (GBTA). Before that, he spent 10 years at Intel Corporation, where he led HR functions for a variety of business units. Prior to joining Intel, he held a variety of leadership roles with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Transportation Security Administration. He also worked at Renaissance Airlines; Plunkett Cooney, PC; and AT&T (formerly Ameritech).

Frank Steinert
Henkel [STAMFORD, Conn.] appointed Frank Steinert as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources North America. Prior to joining Henkel, Steinert spent the majority of his career at Bertelsmann, first as a General Counsel, then taking on added responsibility for Human Resources. He later became Chief HR Officer (CHRO) of Random House based in New York. After the merger of Random House and Penguin, Frank was appointed CHRO for the merged company globally.

Kristi Erickson
Publicis Sapient [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Kristi Erickson as Global Chief Talent Officer. Prior to joining Publicis Sapient, Kristi held Chief People Officer roles spanning verticals, regions and horizontal service lines. Kristi worked at Accenture for 25 years. She was a partner and held positions of increasing responsibility, including Executive Director of Human Resources (HR) for Accenture’s Global Systems Integration & Technology Service Line. Additionally, she served as Executive Director of HR for the North America region.
Spectrum Brands Holdings, Inc. [MIDDLETON, Wis.] (NYSE: SPB) announced that Rebeckah Long has been named Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources, effective October 1. Long previously served as the Company’s Vice President of Human Resources since October 2018 and as its Division Vice President, Human Resources since December 2014. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Long served as Regional Human Resources Manager at United Rentals, Inc. from June 2000 until February 2008.
ANGI Homeservices [DENVER] (NASDAQ: ANGI) announced the promotion of Michael Wanderer to Chief People Officer. Wandere was previously SVP of People at Handy Technologies, which was acquired by ANGI Homeservices in October of 2018. Prior to his role at Handy, Mr. Wanderer was the Global Co-Head of HR at Jefferies. Prior to his time at Jefferies, Mr. Wanderer served as the Chief Administration Officer for NYSE Technologies and the Chief Human Resources Officer for NYFIX, Inc. Mr. Wanderer started his career at Citigroup, where he assumed a number of HR roles working & living in Tokyo, Japan, Frankfurt, Germany, and lastly New York, NY as a Vice President of Human Resources.

Chris Trombetta
ServiceTitan [LOS ANGELES] has named Chris Trombetta as the company’s new chief people officer. Trombetta is the former senior vice president of Strategy and Talent for Red Bull. Trombetta’s previous experience also includes Bain & Company, and serving as a Captain in the U.S. Army from 2003 to 2008. He is currently a board member for USA Boxing.
