Mitel [DALLAS] announced the appointment of Billie Hartless as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Most recently, she served as CHRO at Polycom, where she led the HR function globally across 40+ countries. Prior to Polycom, she was Head of Human Resources at HERE. Hartless also previously held multiple senior HR positions at Nokia, including Vice President of HR for Nokia’s Services business, Corporate Development Office and Enterprise Solutions business.
DS Smith [LONDON & ATLANTA] announced that Monica Anderton has been named Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for North American operations. Prior to joining DS Smith, Monica was Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Mondi North America. Anderton has held increasingly a wide range of senior HR positions with companies including: Novelis, SecureWorks, Silverton Bank, The Home Depot, and BellSouth.
Performance Food Group Company (PFG) [RICHMOND, Va.] (NYSE: PFGC) announced the appointment of Erika Davis as PFG’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Davis joined PFG in the role of CHRO in July after a 26-year career with Owens & Minor. She served in senior leadership roles for nearly 20 years, including as Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Chief of Staff, Senior Vice President Operations & Administration and Senior Vice President Human Resources – a position she held for 12 years.
Progress [BEDFORD, Mass.] (NASDAQ: PRGS) announced the appointment of Katie Kulikoski to the role of Chief People Officer (CPO). Previously, she led the talent strategy for Brightcove as its Chief People Officer and Senior Executive Vice President, Human Resources. Kulikoski has also held leadership positions at Optaros, CIDC and ConnectEDU.
iCIMS, Inc. [Holmdel, NJ] announced the appointment of Irene DeNigris to Chief People Officer (CPO). DeNigris joined iCIMS in 2013 and most recently served as the company’s Vice President of Talent. DeNigris previously worked in human resources at Dolce Hotels and Resorts corporate headquarters, as well as Johnson & Johnson’s corporate headquarters.
