Netflix Inc. [LOS GATOS, Calif.] announced the promotion of Jessica Neal as Chief Talent Officer. Neal is a Netflix veteran, starting at the company in 2006. In 2013 she left to become head of human resources at Coursera, and later, Chief People Officer at Scopely. She returned to Netflix earlier this year, overseeing HR for the 2000-person product engineering team responsible for continuously improving the Netflix consumer experience.
LyondellBasell [HOUSTON and ROTTERDAM, Netherlands] (NYSE: LYB) announced the appointment of Darleen Caron as executive vice president and chief human resources officer. Most recently, Ms. Caron was executive vice president of global human resources for SNC-Lavalin, Inc. Previously, she led HR functions for the Dow Chemical Company and ABB, and both HR and environment, safety and health for Alcan.

Debra Phillips
The Proximy Group [LOS ANGELES], parent company of Centinela Feed & Pet Supplies, Lotus Pet Foods, and 1st Care Animal Health Clinic, announced that Debra G. Phillips has been appointed as their first Chief Human Resources Officer. Debra has over 10 years experience in human resources education and leadership development and brings experiences from her previous roles at Lyondell Chemical Company, ODS International, and as Independent Business Consultant.
AppNexus [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Nithya Das to the new role of Chief People and Legal Officer. Das formerly served as AppNexus’ Senior Vice President, General Counsel. Das joined AppNexus in 2011 and served as General Counsel for four years. Prior, she was a lawyer at Goodwin Procter.
Anika Therapeutics, Inc. [BEDFORD, Mass.] (NASDAQ: ANIK) announced the appointment of Thomas M. Finnerty as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, Mr. Finnerty spent 17 years as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Smith & Nephew. Prior to his time at Smith & Nephew, Mr. Finnerty served as Executive Director of Human Resources at Novartis/Chiron Diagnostics. Mr. Finnerty began his human resources career at The Foxboro Company.

Melissa Dabrowski
Great Lakes Management Services Organization (MSO) [GRAND RAPIDS, MICH.] announced the appointment of Melissa Dabrowski as Vice President of Human Resources. Most recently, she was Executive Partner with Behringer & Co. based in Caledonia, Mich., where she was the lead consultant on Career Exploration client engagements. Prior to Behringer, Ms. Dabrowski led the global succession planning and talent acquisition process for Federal-Mogul, Motorparts in Southfield, Mich.

Steven Taylor
AMPAC Fine Chemicals (AFC) [RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif.] announced the addition of Steven Taylor as Vice President, Human Resources (HR). Steven Taylor brings over 22 years of US and international HR experience with major companies including Union Carbide, British Petroleum, General Electric, and most recently Honeywell International.
Icertis [BELLEVUE, Wash.] announced the appointment of Tami Lamp as Chief People Officer. Tami’s previous experience includes over nine years at Microsoft where she was instrumental in building their international development presence in India. Most recently, Tami served as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Group Health.
Blue Apron Holdings, Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that Lainie Cooney has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at DPI Specialty Foods. Previously, Cooney served as Vice President of Human Resources at State Street Investment Management Services from 2005 to 2012 and as a Human Resources Manager and Six Sigma Black Belt Project Leader at Home Depot from 2000 to 2005.

Patricia Lang
Diebold Nixdorf [NORTH CANTON, Ohio] (NYSE: DBD) announced that Patricia A. Lang has been promoted to vice president, chief people officer. Lang joined Diebold, Incorporated in 2012 to lead the company’s global rewards, human resources information systems (HRIS) and people analytics organizations. Prior to joining Diebold, Lang worked at Mylan N.V. She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources and related fields, successfully holding various leadership positions in human resources operations and consulting at companies such as Alcoa, Mercer, Conduent and Cigna.
Innovari, Inc. [PORTLAND, Ore.] announced that Mike Guerchon joined the company as its new Chief People Officer. Mike is an accomplished human resources and workplace executive with over 25 years of experience in both ground level start-ups and global public companies, including most recently at Riverbed Technology. Mike also previously served as Chief People Officer at Puppet and Okta and was the Vice President of Human Resources for several companies including Lucy Activewear, Hollywood Entertainment, Guess? Inc., and Ikon Office Solutions.
Xceligent [KANSAS CITY, Mo.] announced that Chief People Officer, Erin Curry, will step down.

Rodney Eason
Principle Business Enterprises (PBE), Inc. [DUNBRIDGE, Ohio] announced that Rodney Eason has joined the company as Vice President of Human Resources and Administrative Services. Eason served most recently as the HR Director overseeing the Corporate Services Group with The Andersons.
