Jennifer Berres
HCA Healthcare [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] (NYSE: HCA) announced the appointment of Jennifer Berres as senior vice president and chief human resource officer effective November 1, 2019. She will be replacing John M. Steele, who will retire early next year. Berres has spent her career within the HCA Healthcare family starting with Regional Medical Center Bayonet Point in 1993. Over the years, she held a number of human resource roles, including positions in HCA Healthcare’s Physician Services Group, West Florida Division, and currently as vice president, Human Resources Business Partners and HR Strategy.
Americold Realty Trust [ATLANTA] (NYSE: COLD) announced that Khara Julien has joined the company as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Julien was previously VP and CHRO for Gypsum Management & Supply (GMS).

Dustin K. Finer
Covetrus [PORTLAND, Maine] (NASDAQ: CVET) announced the appointment of Dustin K. Finer as chief people officer (CPO). Finer joins Covetrus from TiVo, where he served for more than six years—first as executive vice president of Human Resources at TiVo’s predecessor company Rovi and, most recently, as chief administrative and internal operations officer. Prior to his time at TiVo and Rovi, Finer was promoted to chief of operations and executive vice president for MySpace, after first serving as chief people officer for the social networking company.
Obsidian Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced the appointment of Erin Boyer as Vice President, Human Resources. Boyer most recently served as the Global Head of Talent Strategy and Planning at Alnylam. Prior to Alnylam, she led Human Resources at both Dyax Corp and Algeta.

Laurin Cathey
Children’s Minnesota [MINNEAPOLIS] announced that Laurin Cathey assumed the role of vice president of human resources (HR). Cathey brings more than 20 years of experience in the field, most recently serving as executive director of human resources at St. Paul Public Schools.
