WW [NEW YORK] (NASDAQ: WTW) – the new Weight Watchers –announced that Kim Seymour has joined the Company as Chief People Officer, to lead the Company’s People function globally. Most recently, Seymour served as Senior Vice President and HR Business Partner at American Express, where she supported the former Vice Chairman (now CEO), the CFO and the Presidents of two separate lines of business. During her tenure, Seymour also led Executive Talent Management for American Express globally. Before joining American Express, she spent time with Home Depot and General Electric in Appliances, Capital and Energy in positions of increasing responsibility.
Graphic Packaging Holding Company [ATLANTA] (NYSE: GPK) announced that Stacey Panayiotou will join the company as executive vice president, human resources. Panayiotou joins Graphic Packaging from The Coca-Cola Company, where she was most recently Global Vice President of Talent and Development and Vice President, Human Resources for Europe, Middle East & Africa. Prior to that, she held positions within The Coca-Cola North America Group, Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Pactiv Corporation in a wide range of human resources and organizational development capacities.
BorgWarner [AUBURN HILLS, Mich.] announced the appointment of Felecia Pryor to Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Pryor joined BorgWarner in October 2018 and currently serves as Vice President, Global Human Resources for BorgWarner Morse Systems. Her prior experience includes sixteen years of human resource experience with Ford Motor Company across a multitude of areas with increasing levels of responsibility. She came directly to us from serving as Global Human Resources Director – Global Personnel, Organization & Planning and prior to this served as Vice President of Human Resources for Ford ASEAN (Bangkok, Thailand) and Human Resources Director Ford Asia Pacific (Nanjing, China).
The Trade Desk [LOS ANGELES] (NASDAQ: TTD) announced the appointment of Vina Leite as Chief People Officer. Previously, she served as Chief People Officer at Cylance Inc., which was recently acquired by BlackBerry. Prior to Cylance, Vina held several other HR leadership roles in the technology sector, including as Chief Human Resource Officer at QLogic, VP of HR at EMC, and CHRO at Unicom.
CoolSys™ [BREA, Calif.] announced that Beth Goldstein has been promoted to the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO). Previously she was executive vice president, human resources. Prior to joining CoolSys, Goldstein founded her own consulting practice and previously was the senior vice president of human resources for Smile Brands, Inc. and the vice president of organizational development at Borders Books, Music and Café.
FanDuel Group [NEW YORK] announced that Lainie Cooney will join the company in the newly created role of Chief People Officer. Cooney most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer for Blue Apron. Before joining Blue Apron in 2017, Cooney was Chief Human Resources Officer at DPI Specialty Foods. Prior to joining DPI Specialty, Cooney served as Vice President of Human Resources at State Street Investment Management Services from 2005 to 2012. Before State Street, Cooney worked for five years with The Home Depot.
Windstar Cruises [SEATTLE] named Toby Skey as vice president of human resources. Skey was most recently the director of human resources at PACCAR Inc., and previously worked as managing director for human resources operations, among other positions, for Seattle-based Alaska Airlines.
MedeAnalytics [RICHARDSON, Texas] announced the appointment of Melissa Green Dexter to its executive leadership team as vice president of human resources. Prior to joining MedeAnalytics, Dexter was the vice president of human resources at Med Fusion, owned by Quest Diagnostics. She has also held leadership roles at JP Energy and STA Travel.
American Construction Source (ACS) [SPRINGFIELD, Mo.] announced Randi Moran has been named Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining ACS, Randi Moran served in senior leadership roles at Elo Touch Solutions, GE Power, Vought Aircraft, Boeing, Hughes Space & Communications, and Allied Signal.
