Kodak (NYSE: KODK) announced that Mark Green has joined as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Green joins Kodak following four years with Applied Materials. He most recently was Vice President, Human Resources, Integrated Talent Management for Applied Materials. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources and Real Estate for UTStarcom. Green also has held senior HR leadership roles at Nortel Networks and Verisign. He succeeds James Brault who has decided to leave the company to pursue other opportunities.
The J. M. Smucker Company (NYSE: SJM) announced the appointment of John Denman to a new Officer role and the election of Jill Penrose as a Corporate Officer of the Company. Mr. Denman, currently a Corporate Officer as Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer was appointed Vice President,
Human Resource Operations effective July 16, 2014. Ms. Penrose has been an employee of the Company for 10 years and was promoted to a Corporate Officer and Vice President, Human Resources, effective July 1, 2014. Ms. Penrose was formerly the Vice President, Strategy and Organization Development, held several leadership positions within the Human Resource department, and had extensive consulting experience prior to joining the Smucker Company.
NBCUniversal’s Hispanic Enterprises and Content announced that Maria Drew has been named Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Most recently, Drew was President and Founder at HRStrategistGroup, a Miami-based Human Resources consulting firm. Previously, she worked for Royal Caribbean International Cruises and spent over 16 years at The Walt Disney Company, where she held key managerial roles within the Human Resources function, the last of which was Vice President of Human Resources for the Latin America division.
FleishmanHillard announced that Lisa Moehlenkamp has been appointed chief talent officer. Moehlenkamp had been leading the team responsible for talent management in the agency’s U.S. East and Mid-Atlantic regions, as well as in Latin America and EMEA. She also was managing the firm’s talent acquisition function. She succeeds Agnes Gioconda, who after 20 years in the job, is stepping back to take on a part-time role as she begins to transition to retirement. Moehlenkamp, who joined FleishmanHillard in 1998, has worked in human resources and talent management for 25 years. Prior to joining the agency, she worked in various human resource roles for AT&T.
Mexican Restaurants, Inc. (MRI), a subsidiary of Williston Holding Company, Inc. (PINK: WHCA), has promoted Nancy Cross to chief people officer. Nancy has been with MRI for 18 years, most recently as vice president of human resources. She began her career with MRI in 1995 as director of recruiting and training before transitioning into human resources. Prior to joining MRI, Nancy served with the Pappa’s Brothers restaurant organization and Brinker International. She has been certified by the National Human Resources Certification Institute since 1998 and a standing member of the National Restaurant Association since 1997.
United Methodist Homes of New Jersey announced the appointment of David Glenn to the position of vice president of human resources. David served as vice president of Human Resources at both CPC Behavioral Healthcare and at Ocean Mental Health Services; and director of human resources at Riverview Medical Center.
IMPAQ International announce that Jeff Mike has joined IMPAQ as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining IMPAQ, Mike was a Lecturer in Human Resources Development at Al Akhawayn University in Morocco and a Senior Director of Human Resources and Recruitment at the American Institute for Research.
