Forbes [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Ali Intres as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Talent Management. Intres joins Forbes from Digitas, where she served as Senior Vice President of Talent and Business Operations for the East Coast and was a member of the agency’s leadership team. Prior to Digitas, Intres worked at Time, Inc., where she oversaw all facets of HR for the company’s central business groups. Intres previously was based in The Netherlands, where she led global recruitment efforts for SHELL. Earlier in her career, Intres was a recruiting manager for Meredith Corporation and previously Worth Magazine. Margy Loftus, who had held the position of SVP of Human Resources, will be retiring at the end of May.
Enterprise Community Partners [COLUMBIA, Md.] today the hire of Angelique Kelly-Lara as Chief People Officer (CPO). Most recently, she was vice president of global talent acquisition at Choice Hotels International. From 2005-2014 at McDonald’s USA, she worked her way up to director of U.S. HR and employee relations. Earlier in her career, she held similar positions at Aramark Corporation and Bankers Life and Casualty Company.
Silver Peak [SANTA CLARA, CA] announced the appointment of Lisa McGill to the position of chief human resources officer. McGill joins Silver Peak from Crowdstrike. Prior to Crowdstrike, McGill served as chief human resources officer at Fortinet, Brocade Communications and Foundry Networks.
Genesys [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the addition of Eva Majercsik as chief people officer (CPO). Prior to Genesys, Majercsik was global head of HR for 3D printing and digital manufacturing at HP Inc. Earlier in her career, she served as global director of HR for Cloud and Enterprise at Microsoft and spent more than 20 years at IBM, where she held several positions in the HR and Global Services organization.
Quontic [NEW YORK] announced the addition of Mike Lantz, as Chief People Officer. Lantz spent nearly eight years as the Chief Learning Officer for DEFENDERS. Lantz most recently served as the CEO & Founder of Indianapolis-based ML Talent Strategies. Lantz has also served as Vice President of Training & Development at the F.C. Tucker real estate company and Director of Public Relations for USA Baseball.
SoftServe [AUSTIN, Texas] appointed Anouk De Blieck as Chief People Officer (CPO). Prior to joining SoftServe, De Blieck was Head of Human Resources, Asia Pacific at VISA. Prior to VISA, De Blieck was with ANZ, an Australian and New Zealand Bank, for 7 years. De Blieck was also previously with Citi for 15 years, holding a range of executive business and HR leadership roles, including Managing Director Human Resources, Russia, CIS and Central and Eastern Europe.
Clari [SUNNYVALE, CA] announced the appointment of Laura MacKinnon as Chief People Officer. Most recently, MacKinnon served as Chief People Officer at SignalFx (acquired by Splunk). Previously, she was the Vice President of People, Places & Culture at UserTesting. Prior to that, she held executive leadership positions at Coupa Software, Logitech, Opsware, and Yahoo!.
EmployBridge [ATLANTA] announced that Deborah Mcfarlane has joined the company as chief people officer. Most recently, Deborah served as head of human resources for HD Supply Facilities Maintenance. Prior to joining HD Supply, Deborah served as senior human resource manager for Home Depot Canada.
IntriCon Corporation [ARDEN HILLS, Minn.] (NASDAQ: IIN) announced Sara Hill has been appointed Chief Human Resource Officer. Most recently she served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Ceridian. Prior to Ceridian, she served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at US Bank.
