Sotheby’s [NEW YORK] (NYSE: BID) announced the appointment of Jill Bright as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Ms. Bright will be based in New York and begins in early September. Ms. Bright joins Sotheby’s after more than 20 years at Condé Nast where she led the Human Resources group for many years until her appointment as Chief Administrative Officer in 2010. Prior to joining Condé Nast, Ms. Bright held senior human resources roles at American Express and Macy’s. Ms. Bright currently serves on the National Board of Girls Inc. and the Board of Cumulus Media.
TBWA\Chiat\Day New York [NEW YORK] announced that it hired Amie Miller as Chief Talent Officer. She comes to TBWA from MDC, where she was SVP, Chief Talent Officer. Prior to MDC, Miller was VP, Talent Director for CP&B in Miami. Amie began her career in account management, also at CP&B, where she became VP, Account Director.
Regis Corporation [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: RGS) announced that it has appointed Shawn Moren as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Moren replaces Carmen Thiede, who left Regis to pursue other opportunities. Moren was most recently SVP, Human Resources, for Bluestem Group, Inc. Prior to that role she held senior human resources leadership positions at Supervalu.
Dash Financial Technologies [NEW YORK] announced it has named Sarah Hall Managing Director, Head of Human Resources. Ms. Hall joins the firm from Aden & Anais, for whom she served as Global Human Resources Director. She began her career as a Human Resources Manager for Skywalk Group.
The EnLink Midstream companies [DALLAS], EnLink Midstream, LLC (NYSE: ENLC), the General Partner, and EnLink Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: ENLK), the Master Limited Partnership, announced that Rhonda L. Price is succeeding Jennifer K. Johnson as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Johnson is retiring, effective September 1, after more than 13 years of service to EnLink and its predecessor, Crosstex Energy. Price has more than 30 years of global and national-level HR experience, including seven years as vice president of HR at EnLink, during which she has been involved in every M&A transaction and set EnLink’s employee benefits strategy. Prior to her career at EnLink, she served as vice president of HR at Centex Corp.
