Procter & Gamble Co. [Cincinnati, Ohio] (NYSE: PG) announced that Tracey Grabowski has been appointed the next chief human resources officer of the company. , which has 95,000 employees worldwide. She becomes HR chief Aug. 1. She will succeed Mark Biegger who intends to retire Oct. 1 after 34 years with P&G. He has been HR chief since 2012. Grabowski joined P&G in 1989 as an assistant HR manager in the Chicago sales office. Grabowski became an HR manager in the Cincinnati sales office in 1991. Since 2015, Grabowski has been a P&G vice president and the HR lead for North America. Grabowski previously was named vice president of global compensation and benefits in 2011, when she also held the title of VP of human resources for P&G’s Global Business Services division. She also has been HR director for Global Fabric Care (2009), Finance/Legal (2007) and Gillette integration following the 2005 acquisition of the Boston-based division. Before that, she was associate HR director for Global Hair Care (2003) and Food & Beverage (1997).
Visa Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: V) announced that Jennifer Grant will join the company as executive vice president and chief human resources officer beginning August 2018, succeeding Michael Ross, who last year announced his intention to leave once a successor was named. For the past five years, Ms. Grant has served as executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Air Products & Chemicals Inc. Prior to joining Air Products, Ms. Grant served as the vice president of human resources for Pfizer’s specialty products and oncology divisions. She previously held a range of international human resources management roles at Pfizer, supporting the commercial and manufacturing organizations. Ms. Grant began her career with GE, where she held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility across multiple divisions.
Zendesk, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NYSE: ZEN) announced the appointment of InaMarie Johnson as its first Chief People Officer. Most recently she was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Plantronics. Prior to that role, she was the Chief Human Resources Officer at UTi Worldwide. Before that, she served in multiple leadership roles including VP of HR, Functional Transformation at Honeywell.
The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine, Inc. (HJF) [Bethesda, Maryland] announced that it has named Michael Stambaugh as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Stambaugh joins HJF from Women for Women International, where he was Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that, he was Director of International Human Resources at Creative Associates International. He spent 10 years overseas with Kellogg Brown & Root, where he began as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and HR Supervisor and concluded his tenure as regional human resources manager.
Combined Insurance [CHICAGO] announced Michele Briggs as the company’s new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, she spent nearly six years with AIG as the Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness. Prior to AIG, she worked for AXA Equitable as the VP, HR and also spent several years in HR leadership roles at Kraft Foods.
Kimball Electronics, Inc. [JASPER, Ind.] (NASDAQ: KE) announced that Julie Dutchess, Vice President, Human Resources, will retire after nearly 43 years with the company. Ms. Dutchess started her career at the Jasper, Indiana manufacturing operation and held various positions of increasing responsibility before she was named Vice President, Human Resources in 2014. Jessica DeLorenzo has been named the new Vice President, Human Resources and will replace Ms. Dutchess. Ms. DeLorenzo joined Kimball Electronics in 2015 and most recently held the position of Director, Organizational Development. Before joining Kimball Electronics, Ms. DeLorenzo held the position of Director, Student Services at Vincennes University since 2011.
IDEMIA [BILLERICA, Mass.] announced the appointment of Karen Gregory as Vice President of Human Resources for North America. Before joining IDEMIA, Ms. Gregory was the Global Head of Human Resources, Commercial Solutions for BAE Systems. Prior to her nine years at BAE, she held Human Resources management roles at BearingPoint, Sallie Mae and Praxis. She started her Human Resources career at Raytheon.
