KentuckyOne Health [Louisville, Kentucky] announced that John Petrov has been selected to join as the new senior vice president and chief human resources officer for the remaining operations. John brings more than 15 years of transformative human resources leadership experience, and most recently served as the vice president and chief human resources officer for University of Maryland University College (UMUC). Prior to that, he served as vice president and chief human resources officer at Fairmont Regional Medical Center in West Virginia. John also previously worked for Hospital Corporation of America (HCA) where he served as the human resources leader for Bayshore and East Houston Regional Medical Centers. John will begin his new role on Jan. 29. Tanja Oquendo continues to serve as chief administrative officer and chief human resources officer for the divesting operations.
Intelligent Retinal Imaging Systems (IRIS) [PENSACOLA, Fla.] named Scott Ginnetti as Vice President of Human Resources and Leadership Development. Ginnetti worked for one of the nation’s largest long term care providers. Prior to that, he worked at Baptist Health Care (BHC) in the Pensacola area.
Alorica [IRVINE, Calif.] announced the appointment of Tania King as Chief Legal and Employee Experience Officer. Since January 2017, King has served as Chief Legal and Compliance Officer for Alorica, while also overseeing the company’s Human Resources team as interim Chief Human Resources Officer for the past six months.
First Midwest Bancorp, Inc. [ITASCA, Ill.] (NASDAQ: FMBI) and First Midwest Bank announced the appointment of Kathleen S. Carroll as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining First Midwest, she held various leadership positions of increasing responsibility at Aon Corporation, most recently as Global Head of Talent Acquisition and HR Lead for M&A. Carroll previously served in management positions with the telecommunications firm, Sprint, and began her career in consulting and accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
