Integral Ad Science (IAS) [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Lisa Nadler as Chief Human Resources Officer. Nadler most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Shutterstock.Prior to Shutterstock, she held both HR and finance leadership positions at Citibank, Gartner, Madison Square Garden and Sotheby’s.
Icertis [BELLEVUE, Wash.] announced the appointment of Pranali Save as Chief Human Resources Officer. Pranali joins Icertis from Tieto, where she served as the HR Head for India and Global HR Partner for the Tieto Centres of Excellence across 5 European countries. Prior to Tieto, she held HR leadership positions in the US, Europe and India, giving her diverse global experience across different industries, cultures and geographies.
Spire Hospitality [DALLAS] named Barbara Doucet as vice president of human resources. Doucet joins the team from Omni Hotels & Resorts. Before joining the Omni team, Doucet spent nearly 25 years with Target Stores in both HR and Operations roles.
EXOS [PHOENIX] announced that it has named Greg Hill as the company’s chief human resources officer. Hill spent almost a decade with Hyatt Hotels early in his career and he has served in executive human resources positions within Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Worldwide, and Equinox — the parent company of Blink Fitness, Equinox, Pure Yoga, and SoulCycle. Most recently he served as senior vice president and chief people officer of Blinds To Go.
AlphaSense [NEW YORK] appointed John Reid-Dodick as Chief People Officer. From 2016 to 2018, he served as WeWork’s Chief People Officer, following which he was SVP, Culture. Prior to WeWork, he was Chief People Officer at both Dun & Bradstreet and AOL, and global head of HR at Thomson Reuters Markets.
