BMO Financial Group [TORONTO] (TSX: BMO, NYSE: BMO) announced Mona Malone has been appointed Head of People & Culture and Chief Human Resources Officer and will join the bank’s Executive Committee. Mona joined BMO in 1996 and has held senior roles in HR in addition to key business appointments. Most recently, she was Deputy Head of HR and Chief Talent Officer for BMO. Following his long and very successful tenure as Chief Human Resources Officer, Richard Rudderham will undertake a new role as Head, Business Technology Integration.
Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: ALNY) announced the appointment of Kelley Boucher as the Company’s Senior Vice President (SVP), Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Most recently, Boucher was the Vice President (VP) and Head of Global Human Resources for Abiomed. Prior to this, she was VP, Head of Human Resources for Corporate Divisions at Shire Pharmaceuticals where she spent 10 years holding multiple positions of increasing responsibility. Earlier in her career, Ms. Boucher was a Principal Consultant for Clockwork Consulting and held Human Resources roles at Syntonix Pharmaceuticals and Digitas.
Worldwide Clinical Trials, Inc. [MORRISVILLE, N.C.] named Joy Clark as the company’s new Chief Human Resources Officer. Clark joins the company from Valassis Digital (formerly Maxpoint), where she grew the HR function from scratch to a strategic function. Prior to that, Clark led a variety of HR functional areas and initiatives, for companies like Cree, Sony Ericsson, Penske and QVC.
Jvion [ATLANTA] announced the addition of Niki Cook as Chief People Officer. Cook joins Jvion with more than 20 years of senior HR leadership experience in across technology, consumer products and financial industries.
CipherHealth [NEW YORK] announced that Jennifer Compagni has joined CipherHealth as Chief People Officer. Compagni has led HR teams and projects at Warner-Lambert Company, (Pfizer, Adams USA), Antenna Software, Revlon, Alpharma Inc. and The National Research Council of the National Academies. Prior to CipherHealth, Compagni also led the HR organization at SmartLinx Solutions.
International Car Wash Group (ICWG) [DENVER] announced the appointment of Ivona Adkins as Chief People Officer. She will draw upon 15 years of human resource expertise gained at companies including PepsiCo, where she worked in progressive roles across several countries in Europe and the US; Coffee & Bagel Brands; Arrow Electronics; and Encana Oil and Gas.
