Mark Eberly
HelloFresh US [NEW YORK] announced that Mark Eberly joined as Senior Vice President, People. Since 2015, Mark worked as a SVP for Cablevision and then The Madison Square Garden Company and MSG Ventures. Prior to those roles, he held various HR leadership positions at nationwide omnichannel retailers, Adecco and The Gallup Organization.

Tonit M. Calaway
BorgWarner [AUBURN HILLS, Mich.] (NYSE : BWA) announced that Tonit M. Calaway, the current Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary. Calaway joined BorgWarner in 2016. Previously she worked at Harley-Davidson for approximately 18 years serving most recently as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to that she served in positions of increasing responsibilities in the Legal Department, including Assistant General Counsel.
Tactile Systems Technology, Inc. [MINNEAPOLIS] (NASDAQ: TCMD) announced that Juleen Krings has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Most recently she was CHRO for AnchorBank, NA.

Megan Detz
VARIDESK [DALLAS] welcomes Megan Masoner Detz as chief people officer (CPO). Megan started her career in sales and business development roles at Electronic Data Systems (now Hewlett Packard). Megan’s experience also includes experience as senior vice president of Human Capital at NTT DATA, Inc.
Raven Industries [SIOUX FALLS, S.D.] (NASDAQ: RAVN) announced that Janet Matthiesen, Vice President of Human Resources, will retire in April 2019. Matthiesen, who has been with the Company since 2010.

West Ludwig
First Citizens Bank [RALEIGH, N.C.] announced that West Ludwig has joined the company as Chief Human Resources Officer. He replaces Lou Davis, who retired on Aug. 1 after 21 years with First Citizens. Most recently, Ludwig was the head of HR at technology company Machine Zone. Before that, Ludwig served as HR chief operating officer for Fidelity Investments. Prior to his tenure at Fidelity, Ludwig was a member of the HR executive committee for Dell EMC based out of Austin, Texas, where he served in a variety of HR leadership roles. He also spent three years leading HR for Dell South Asia. He began his career as an HR consultant with Aon Hewitt and then moved to Willis Towers Watson.
Trustwave [CHICAGO] announced the addition of Julie Nagle as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to Trustwave, Julie was Head of Human Resources at Harris Associates, LP. Julie also served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at Forsythe Technology, Inc.

Sheila Ryan
Clear Capital [RENO, Nev.] announced Sheila Ryan joined the company as Chief People Officer. Before joining Clear Capital, Ryan served as vice president, global people and workplace for Glu Mobile. Earlier in her career, Sheila led human resources and culture efforts at multiple companies, including Practice Fusion, CBS Interactive and CNET Networks.
