Nissan [NASHVILLE, Tenn.] appointed Mark Stout, currently Global Vice President, Human Resources Operations, to the role of Corporate Vice President, Global Human Resources. Stout began his career at Nissan in 1989 as an HR representative at the company’s vehicle assembly plant in Smyrna, Tennessee. He has held a number of domestic and global HR positions of increasing responsibility.

Actian [PALO ALTO, Calif.] announced the appointment of Melissa Ribeiro as Chief People Officer (CPO). Before joining Actian, Ribeiro served as the EVP of Human Resources at Deluxe Entertainment Group and as Global Vice President of HR at Opera Mediaworks. Ribeiro also worked in HR operations for Yahoo! Latin America.

Albemarle Corporation [Charlotte, NC] (NYSE: ALB) hired DeeAnne Marlow as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Before joining Albemarle, DeeAnne was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Greif, Inc., a global leader in industrial packaging products and services.  Prior to Greif, Ms. Marlow held human resources leadership roles at Cummins, Actuant, GE Healthcare, and SC Johnson & Sons.

AHEAD [CHICAGO] announced the appointment of Michael Hoehne as its new chief people officer (CPO). Hoehne held senior HR positions at various privately held and public companies, including 10 years at Sears, Roebuck and Co. Prior to joining AHEAD, Hoehne was vice president and chief human resources officer at APAC Customer Services. Most recently, he served as managing director of HR at R.J. O’Brien & Associates.

Securian Financial [ST. PAUL, Minn.] named Kristi L. Fox vice president of human resources. Fox has been with Securian Financial since 1995. She joined the company’s human resources department in 2017 to lead talent management and serve as the company’s first chief diversity officer. Prior to working in human resources, Fox held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility within Securian Financial’s business lines—most recently as a vice president with the company’s Group Insurance business.

Zapproved LLC [PORTLAND, ORE.] announced the addition of Susy Dunn as Chief People Officer. Dunn held executive positions at Act-On Software, Jama Software, and Jive Software.

Vets First Choice [PORTLAND, Maine] announced the appointment of Jim Young as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Young was formerly Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Aptuit, LLC. He has held senior HR and operating roles at General Electric, WebMD and Viacom.

Landmark Health [HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif.] announced that Anna Gill has been named its Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”). Anna joins Landmark from Aetna’s Service Operations where she most recently served as Head of Human Resources. Prior to Aetna, Anna was the Vice President of Human Resources and Head of Employee Development at Coventry Management Services, which was acquired by Aetna in 2013.

AVANGRID, Inc. [ORANGE, Conn.] (NYSE: AGR) announced the appointment of Peter Church as Chief Human Resources Officer. Church comes to AVANGRID from UnitedHealthcare, where he was Chief Talent Officer. Church has more than 20 years of human resources experience at companies including The Hartford, Aetna and United Technologies.

Wabash National Corporation [LAFAYETTE, Ind.] (NYSE: WNC) announced the appointment of Kristin Glazner as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to this appointment, Ms. Glazner served as Vice President – Corporate Human Resources. She joined Wabash National in February 2010 as Corporate Counsel and served in that role until October 2017, when she was appointed to the position of Vice President – Human Resources and Legal Administration. Prior to Wabash National, Ms. Glazner was an attorney with the law firm Baker & Daniels LLP (now Faegre Baker Daniels LLP) from 2002 to 2010.
