Group Nine Media [NEW YORK] announced that Stacy Green has joined as Chief People Officer. Most recently, Green served as the Executive Vice President of Global Human Resources and Facilities for A+E Networks. Prior to joining A+E, she held HR leadership roles at NBCUniversal and Revlon.
Nextech Systems [TAMPA, Fla.] announced that Rebecca Sanford, previously the Senior Vice President of Human Resources has been promoted to Chief People Officer. Sanford, who has been with the company for over four years.
Okta, Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: OKTA) announced the promotion of Kristina Johnson to Chief People Officer. Johnson has been with Okta since 2015, formerly serving as vice president of people. Before Okta, Kristina led international human resources at EnerNOC and was a strategic business partner at the University of California, Berkeley.
Cook Group [BLOOMINGTON, Ind.] announced Nicky James as vice president of Human Resources and Talent Development. In 1998, James began her career with Cook Medical on the sales team for Urology in Midlands and North Western United Kingdom. While in Europe, she held positions including sales representative and regional manager of Urology for Northern Europe. In 2006, James moved to the U.S. to serve as a global product manager, followed next by a position as National Sales Manager for North America. James led two of Cook Medical’s business units and served on the executive leadership of a third business unit.
Ellie Mae® [PLEASANTON, Calif.] (NYSE: ELLI) announced that Carina Cortez has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Ellie Mae, Carina led the team of HR Business Partners at Walmart. Before joining Walmart, Carina spent almost nine years at PayPal, where she held a variety of leadership roles. Most recently she served as the Senior Director of Learning and Organizational Development where she reimagined the Global Learning and Organization Development function for the Company. Prior to PayPal, Carina held numerous roles at Visa International, Inovant, a Visa subsidiary, and Visa USA.

Linea Aspesi
Sobi [WALTHAM, Mass.] announced the appointment of Linea Aspesi as vice president of human resources for North America. Aspesi most recently served as head of human resources, Industrial Affairs in the U.S. for Sanofi. Before joining Sanofi, Aspesi held HR positions at multiple organizations including UMass Memorial Medical Center, Partners Healthcare System Inc., Benchmarking Partners Inc., HealthSouth and others.
Omnicom [NEW YORK] (NYSE: OMC) announced the appointment of Torrey La Grange to the newly created position of Chief Talent Officer of its Global Client Leaders (GCL) group. The GCL group is comprised of client leaders responsible for overseeing Omnicom’s top global accounts. Torrey was most recently Head of Account Management and Global Business Director at BBH New York where she managed global teams in New York, India, Singapore, and South Africa. She joined BBH after three years as a recruiter at Tangerine where she developed relationships with talent on both the agency and client side of the business. Previously, Torrey served as Account Director at JWT and Business Director at Saatchi & Saatchi London. Torrey began her career at agencies including Publicis Seattle, Secret Weapon Marketing, and TBWA\Chiat\Day, where she worked on building the first ever website for Nissan.
Wildcat Venture Partners [SAN MATEO, Calif.] announced that Jennifer (JT) Trzepacz has joined the firm as chief people officer and operating partner. JT has more than 20 years of experience implementing HR strategies at several transformative and industry-leading companies, including LivingSocial, Salesforce, Electronic Arts, Yahoo! and CNET Networks. Prior to joining Wildcat, she was the executive vice president at Rocket Fuel.
