Suzan-Morno-Wade
Xerox [NORWALK, Conn.] (NYSE: XRX) announced the appointment of Suzan Morno-Wade as executive vice president and chief human resources officer. Morno-Wade joined Xerox in 2016 as vice president of Total Rewards.
CDW [LINCOLNSHIRE, Ill.] (NASDAQ: CDW) announced that Elizabeth H. Connelly will join CDW as chief human resources officer (CHRO) and senior vice president, coworker services. Connelly joins CDW from J.P. Morgan Chase where she most recently served as managing director and head of the Healthcare, Higher Education and Not-for-Profit Commercial Banking business.
Maropost [TORONTO] announced that Sara Schroeder will be joining the company as Vice President of People. Schroeder comes to Maropost from Signal, where she most recently served as the company’s VP, Head of Global Human Resources. Prior to working at Signal, Schroeder served as HR Business Partner for Press Ganey.

David Lucarelli
Swagelok Company [SOLON, Ohio] appointed David J. Lucarelli as vice president, global human resources. Lucarelli joined Swagelok in 2006 and has held several leadership positions within human resources, most recently serving as director, global human resources business partnerships.
