Sitel Group [MIAMI] announced the appointment of Jim Flynn as Global Chief Human Resources Officer. Flynn most recently served as the Vice President of Global HR Strategy and Operations and has held related roles over his tenure at the company including Vice President of Compensation and Benefits and Senior Director of Global Benefits.
TMP Worldwide [NEW YORK] has welcomed Diane Evans as its new Vice President of Human Resources. Diane most recently served as Vice President of Human Resources for The John Gore Organization (JGO). Prior to her time at JGO, Diane served in several senior HR leadership positions at companies such as Questex Media, Advanstar Communications, SIGS Publications and Miller Freeman.
Cantata Health [AUSTIN, TEXAS] announced that Dr. Timothy J. Giardino has been appointed vice president of human resources. Prior to being promoted, he served as director of human resources for the company. Before joining Cantata Health, Dr. Giardino was the director of workforce management and support for The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services and served in the U.S. Army as a member of the United States Army Human Resources Command.
Kitchen United [PASADENA, Calif.] announced the addition of Janey Chu as Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to Kitchen United, Chu served as Director, People Partners and Operations at OpenX, and previously held senior HR positions at several tech companies including Broadcom, Acer, Gateway and eMachines Computers. She has also served in various HR roles in the entertainment industry at Miramax Films and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Optiv Security [DENVER] announced the appointment of Jill Sanford as chief human resources officer (CHRO). Sandord’s previous roles include chief human resources officer at Qwest Communications International, Inc. (now CenturyLink), as well as chief people officer at Coors Brewing Company and McData Corporation. She also served as corporate counsel focused on HR benefits, executive compensation and employee benefit plans for organizations such as U S WEST (also now CenturyLink) and Holme, Roberts & Owen (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner).
Gritstone Oncology, Inc. [EMERYVILLE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: GRTS) announced that Mike Forcht has joined the company as senior vice president of Human Resources. Forcht joins Gritstone from ADLINK Technology, where he was the vice president of Human Resources. From 2014 to 2016, Mr. Forcht was the vice president of HR at Intematix. Previously, he was the senior director of HR Operations and Talent Development at SanDisk where he supported a global R&D organization. From 2009 to 2012, Mr. Forcht was the Vice President of HR for Applied Signal Technology. Forcht also held leadership roles at Loral Space Systems, Intuit, Genesys Telecommunications, 3Com Corporation and Apple Computer.
Frontdoor, Inc. [MEMPHIS, Tenn.] (NASDAQ: FTDR) announced that Jennifer Alessandra has been named senior vice president and chief people officer for the company. Alessandra most recently served as senior vice president and chief people officer for SolarWinds. Before this, Alessandra held multiple HR leadership roles at Raytheon as part of its Space and Airborne Systems business, and KB Home.
Kaiser Permanente [OAKLAND, Calif.] announced that Tami Lamp has been selected as senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. and Hospitals, known as Kaiser Permanente. Lamp has more than 20 years of experience and joins Kaiser Permanente from her role as chief people officer for Icertis. Previously, Lamp served as executive vice president of human resources for Group Health Cooperative and successfully led the people strategy work before and after their transition to Kaiser Permanente. She also has served as senior vice president and chief people officer at Caradigm and senior human resources director at Microsoft.
Associated Banc-Corp [GREEN BAY, Wis.] (NYSE: ASB) announced that Angie M. DeWitt, currently Associated’s executive vice president and deputy chief human resources officer, has been promoted to executive vice president and chief human resources officer. DeWitt joined Associated in 2008 and has more than 26 years of experience, including multiple leadership roles in finance and human resources services. DeWitt succeeds Judith Docter who retired as chief human resources officer and a member of Associated’s executive committee.
Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation [BRYN MAWR, Pa.] (NASDAQ: BMTC), parent of The Bryn Mawr Trust Company, announced that Linda Sanchez has joined the organization as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Sanchez has great depth of experience in the Human Resources arena, including over six years as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer of Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, LLC, and over fourteen years in similar positions at Capmark Financial Group and its predecessor GMAC Commercial Mortgage.
Cosential [AUSTIN, TEXAS] announced Cathy Guthrie will serve as the company’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer of AlienVault. Prior to that, Cathy was Vice President of People at SpareFoot. Cathy was also Senior Director of Human Resources at Handango.
