Prudential Financial, Inc. [NEWARK, N.J.] (NYSE: PRU) announced Lucien Alziari will join Prudential on June 5 as senior vice president and chief human resources officer, succeeding Sharon Taylor, who has informed the company of her decision to retire after more than 40 years of distinguished service. Alziari joins Prudential from A.P. Moller-Maersk. Alziari has been a chief human resources officer in global companies for 13 years, first at Avon Products, Inc. and then most recently as executive vice president and group chief human resources officer at A.P. Moller-Maersk, based in Denmark. Prior to Avon, Alziari led PepsiCo’s widely benchmarked talent management program. He is also a director of C&J Clark International, the international shoe manufacturer and retailer.

Lombard International [PHILADELPHIA] announced the appointment of Sandra Locke to the new role of Executive Vice President, Global Director of Human Resources. Sandra joins from Guy Carpenter, part of Marsh & McLennan, where she was Managing Director, Global Head of Human Resources, and a member of the Executive Committee, responsible for their human capital strategy.

Depomed, Inc. [NEWARK, Calif.] (NASDAQ: DEPO) announced that Sharon D. Larkin joined Depomed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Administration. Most recently, she worked at Abbott, where she held roles of increased responsibility for 23 years, most recently as Divisional Vice President, Human Resources, Medical Devices Group.
