Flex [SAN JOSE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: FLEX) announced that Phil Ulrich has been named the Chief Human Resources Officer. Ulrich will be joining Flex on May 13, 2019. Prior to joining Flex, Ulrich was senior vice president, Human Resources, Electrical Sector for Eaton.
Neustar, Inc. [STERLING, Va.] announced the appointment of Carey Pellock as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Pellock has more than 20 years of demonstrated expertise in leading high performance HR teams.
Dorman Products, Inc. [COLMAR, PA] recently hired Scott Leff as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining Dorman, Leff held a variety of Global Divisional Human Resources roles at Hewlett-Packard and Hewlett-Packard Enterprises (HPE), including Pointnext and HPE Financial Services. He also held Chief Human Resources Officer roles for D&M (Bain Capital Portfolio Company), Metrologic (Francisco Partners Portfolio Company acquired by Honeywell) and Divisional HR and Employee Relations roles for GMAC.
Adaptive Biotechnologies [SEATTLE] announced the appointment of Francis Lo as Chief People Officer. Lo comes to Adaptive from Whole Foods Market: An Amazon Company, where he was Vice President of Human Resources. Previously, Mr. Lo held leadership roles in Sales, Operations, Corporate Strategy, Consumer Insights, and Human Resources across domestic and international markets at Frito Lay, PepsiCo, and Starbucks.
Masergy [DALLAS] announced that Maria Gotes will serve as Masergy’s new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Gotes joins Masergy from TriTech Software Systems, where she served as SVP of Human Resources. Prior to that role, Gotes was the SVP of HR at Tiempo Development. She began her career at Johnson Controls followed by Arizona State University.
Havertys [ATLANTA] (NYSE: HVT and HVT.A) has named Kelly A. Fladger as its new senior vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO). Fladger will succeed Allan DeNiro who is retiring after 15 years with the company. Fladger comes to Havertys from Perdue Farms, Inc. where he served most recently as vice president of HR services and chief diversity and inclusion officer. Prior to joining Perdue in 2016, he was vice president of people strategy and corporate human resources for Belk, Inc. From 1998 to 2014, he served in human resource capacities of increasing responsibility to include vice president, HR global functions and chief diversity officer for Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc.
Berry Companies, Inc. [WICHITA, Kan.] announced the promotion of Stephanie Farley as Chief People Officer. Farley has served as HR Director for Berry Companies since 2017. Farley’s experience includes roles in human resources and accounting, serving as General Manager of Kansas Operations for Connex International and Regional Director of a large-scale fitness facility in the Topeka/Lawrence area. Prior to joining Berry, Stephanie served as an accountant and HR business partner for a CPA firm in Wichita.
Vestmark [WAKEFIELD, Mass.] announced that Nick Thurlow has joined the company as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Vestmark, Mr. Thurlow worked for five years as Vice President of Human Resources and Public Affairs at InterGen Services, Inc. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at Comverse, Inc. in roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately as Vice President of Human Resources. He also held various roles managing human resources for Boston Technology and Cabletron Systems.
ATI Physical Therapy [Bolingbrook, Ill.] announced that Cedric Coco is joining as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to joining ATI Physical Therapy, Coco served as the Chief People Officer for Brookdale Senior Living. Before joining Brookdale, he served in various human resources roles for Lowe’s Companies Inc., culminating as senior vice president of human resources. Before Lowe’s, Coco gained nearly two decades of experience in human resources, learning and development and organization performance at Microsoft Corporation and KLA-Tencor Corporation. He began his career at the General Electric Company, where he held numerous leadership roles in engineering, business development, sales, general management and organizational learning.
DigitalOcean [NEW YORK] announced the appointment of Lysa Dahlin as chief people officer. Prior to DigitalOcean, Dahlin spent 11 years at Comcast, where she was senior vice president of human resources. Dahlin left Comcast in 2017 and had since been consulting with mid-size companies on strategic HR projects. Prior to joining Comcast, she spent eight years at AT&T Broadband and previously led HR functions across varied industries throughout her career.
Marketing Management Analytics (MMA) [NEW YORK], an Ipsos Company, announced that Liz Osterhus Fleuette has been named Chief People Officer. Fleuette most recently served as Interim Head of Human Resources for Ipsos North America. Prior to joining Ipsos in 2015, Fleuette built the HR function at a financial management consulting firm, Orion Consultants.
Cerner [KANSAS CITY, Mo.] (NASDAQ: CERN) announced that Julie Wilson, chief people officer, is retiring effective June 30, 2019. Julie has spent the past 24 years with Cerner and the last 16 in this executive role.
