Mary E. Finch
DXC Technology [TYSONS, Va.] (NYSE: DXC) announced the appointment of Mary E. Finch as executive vice president and chief human resources officer (CHRO). Finch joins DXC from AECOM, where she served as CHRO since 2015. Prior to AECOM, Finch served as senior managing director and chief operations officer for Global Human Resources at Accenture.
Nextiva [Scottsdale, Arizona] announced that Mark Green has joined the company’s executive leadership team as Chief People Officer. Green most recently worked as Eastman Kodak’s chief human resources officer. Previously, Green led human resources functions in the telecom sector at UTStarcom and Nortel, as well as in the semiconductor and software space with Applied Materials and Verisign.

Judi Seltz
LabCorp [BURLINGTON, N.C.] (NYSE: LH) announced that Judi Seltz has been appointed its chief human resources officer effective Oct. 15. Seltz replaces Lisa Uthgenannt following her planned retirement. Seltz comes to LabCorp from Diversey Inc., where she was chief human resources officer. Prior to Diversey, Seltz was senior vice president of human resources for the Global Human Health division of Merck. Seltz started at Merck in 2003 and held numerous roles serving emerging markets, corporate, research, and information technology, and lived and worked in Europe for several years. Prior to Merck, she also worked at Hughes Network Systems and ARINC.
SentinelOne [MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.] announced the appointment of Divya Ghatak to Chief People Officer. Ghatak recently held the position of Global Vice President of People at Nevro. Prior to Nevro, Mrs. Ghatak was Chief People Officer at GoodData and held global HR leadership roles in a variety of technology companies including Cisco and Tavant.
Myers Industries, Inc. [AKRON, Ohio] (NYSE: MYE) announced that Tom Harmon has joined the Company as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Harmon joins Myers from Gryphon Investors where he was Managing Director, Human Resources. Previously, he held HR leadership positions with Dawn Food Products, Armstrong World Industries and Pfizer.

Jean Cain
Northwest Federal Credit Union [HERNDON, Va.] hired Jean Cain as its new Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Cain most recently served as Vice President and Chief HR Officer at Noblis, in Reston, VA. Prior to that, Cain’s 30+ years in human resources included management positions at The MITRE Corporation in McLean, VA and Montgomery County Teachers Federal Credit Union in Rockville, MD.
Rafael Pharmaceuticals Inc. [Newark, NJ] announced the appointment of Wendy McDermott as Chief People Officer. McDermott joins Rafael from Sanofi, where she served as Vice President of Human Resources. She also held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Schering-Plough Corporation before it was acquired by Merck.
