Dover [DOWNERS GROVE, Ill.] announced that Kimberly Bors has been appointed Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Bors most recently served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of The Mosaic Company. Previously, Bors held executive-level positions at Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, IDEX and Brunswick.
Noblis [RESTON, VA.] named Deborah Drake as vice president and chief people officer. Prior to Noblis, Drake was the vice president for human resources and talent acquisition at ManTech, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Sotera Defense Solutions, and vice president/ human resources business services director at Leidos.
Gateway Health [PITTSBURGH] announced that Rhonda Curry has joined the company as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to Gateway, Curry was the Vice President of Human Resources at Hornets Sports & Entertainment.
Grove Collaborative [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the appointment of Delida Costin as Chief Legal and People Officer. Costin joined Grove in July 2019 as General Counsel, and has been promoted to Chief Legal and People Officer. Prior to joining Grove, Costin acted as General Counsel for lynda.com. Before that, she built the legal team at Pandora Media.
Shift Technology [PARIS and BOSTON] announced Nathalie Parent has joined the company as its Chief People Officer. Most recently, Parent served as Chief HR Officer for Selligent. Prior to her tenure at Selligent, she held the role of Senior Vice President, EMEA at SAP. Parent had held global HR leadership roles in Belgium, Canada, Germany, and the UK for companies including Selligent, SAP, Corel and IBM Cognos.
Splunk Inc. [SAN FRANCISCO] (NASDAQ: SPLK) announced it has appointed Kristen Robinson as the company’s first Chief People Officer. Robinson served as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Pandora from 2014 to 2019. She previously served as SVP, Human Resources, at Yahoo from 2010 to 2013.Prior to that, she held the top Human Resources role at Verigy, a spin-off of Agilent Technologies, serving as VP, Human Resources from 2006 to 2010.
SmartBear [SOMERVILLE, Mass.] added Anne Scanlon to the company’s executive leadership team as Chief People Officer. Scanlon comes to SmartBear from Aptus Health, Inc. a subsidiary of Merck and Co., Inc. where she was the Chief Human Resources Officer. Previously, she held global HR leadership roles at ACI Worldwide, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and EMC.
KAR Auction Services Inc. [CARMEL, Ind.] (NYSE: KAR) announced Lisa Price, KAR’s executive vice president of human resources, will take on the expanded role of chief people officer. Price initially joined ADESA, a business unit of KAR, in 2005 as corporate counsel. In 2007, she was promoted to vice president of litigation and employment counsel for KAR. Price assumed the role of executive vice president of human resources for the company in 2013. Prior to joining ADESA, Price spent six years in private practice at Stewart & Irwin.
Tinuiti [NEW YORK] announced the promotion of Jen Garrison to Chief People Officer. Garrison steps into the new position of Chief People Officer after serving as Senior Vice President of People for Tinuiti.
