Campbell Soup Company [CAMDEN, N.J.] (NYSE: CPB) announced the appointment of Xavier Boza as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Boza succeeds Robert Morrissey, who will retire from the company after nearly 15 years. Since joining Campbell in 2015, Boza has served as Vice President, Human Resources, Global Biscuits and Snacks. Before joining Campbell, Boza served as Regional Vice President Human Resources and Global Supply Chain for the Kellogg Company. Earlier in his career, he held senior HR roles at Kraft Foods including Vice President-Human Resources for the Oscar Mayer business unit, and Vice President-Human Resources, Central and Eastern Europe Region and Global Sales. Boza previously held positions with Hovensa LLC, Grunenthal Pharmaceutical and Abbott Laboratories. He also served as a United States Air Force Human Resources Officer for nearly 10 years.

Globalive Technology [TORONTO] (TSX-V: LIVE) announced that Sarah Redford has joined the company as Chief People Officer.  Redford has been an originating executive of Avanade during its launch into Canada. She began her career at Deloitte and Accenture.

Ogilvy CommonHealth Worldwide [PARSIPPANY, N.J.] (OCHWW), a WPP Health & Wellness company, announced the promotion of Paula Huntzinger to chief talent officer, Ogilvy CommonHealth, US. Ms. Huntzinger began her journey with OCHWW in 2014 when she joined the agency as director of HR and talent acquisition. Ms. Huntzinger joined OCHWW from Mondelēz International.

Littlejohn & Co., LLC [GREENWICH, Conn.] announced that Courtney Hagen has joined the firm as Chief Talent Officer. Courtney was most recently SVP of Human Resources for LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton North America. Prior to LVMH, Courtney led global executive talent acquisition for PepsiCo. Courtney joined PepsiCo from global executive search firm Russell Reynolds Associates; earlier, she led business development and marketing strategy for cobranded card partnerships at American Express. She started her career with management consulting firm Bridge Strategy Group/Renaissance Worldwide.

Publix [LAKELAND, Fla.] announced Marcy Benton has been named Vice President of Human Resources. She began her Publix career in 1992 as an accounting clerk. In 1995, she joined human resources, and after holding various positions, she was promoted to director of retail associate relations in 2013. In 2017, she was promoted to her current position, Vice President of Talent Management.
