Gary VanderLind
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company [AKRON, Ohio] (NASDAQ: GT) announced that Gary VanderLind, vice president of Human Resources for the company’s Americas region will become senior vice president, Global Human Resources, effective Feb. 1, 2019. VanderLind began his Goodyear career in the company’s retail stores in 1985, during which time he managed multiple company-owned outlets for the company. He then advanced through various Human Resources roles in North America, EMEA and the Americas, as well as corporate and functional roles. VanderLind succeeds John Lucas, who is retiring.
Target Corporation [MINNEAPOLIS] (NYSE: TGT) announced that Stephanie Lundquist, who has served as Target’s Chief HR Officer since 2016, has been named President of Food and Beverage. Melissa Kremer, Senior Vice President HR, has been promoted to Target’s Chief HR Officer. Kremer, who has been with the Company since 2004, has led HR strategy and operations; HR business partnership, including support of Target’s largest commercial businesses; and the talent management functions of recruiting, learning, leadership development and strategic workforce planning.
AmerisourceBergen [VALLEY FORGE, Pa.] announced the appointment of Silvana Battaglia to its executive team as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Battaglia was most recently with Aramark. She is succeeding Kathy Gaddes, who has taken on the role of EVP and Corporate Compliance Officer at AmerisourceBergen.

Andrew Davis
Lennar Corporation [Miami, FL] (NYSE: LEN), recently hired Andrew Davis as Chief Human Resources Officer. Before joining Lennar, Andrew was the Global Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer of The Coca-Cola Company and spent 10+ years there in various Human Resources positions. He also held positions of increasing responsibility at The Home Depot, Best Buy Company and Yum Brands.
DISCO [AUSTIN, Texas] announced that Aaron P. Trull joined the company as vice president of human resources. Trull joins DISCO from Bazaarvoice, where as vice president he served for six years leading HR functions including learning and development, talent acquisition and management, HRIS and compensation. Prior to Bazaarvoice, Trull spent more than a decade at technology leaders including Dell, AMD, and Hewlett-Packard after starting his career at Ernst & Young.
TÜV SÜD America Inc. [PEABODY, Mass.] announced the appointment of Jobina Gonsalves to the role of Vice President – Human Resources for the Americas, including TÜV SÜD America, TÜV SÜD Canada, TÜV SÜD América de México, and TÜV SÜD America do Brasil. Jobina Gonsalves joined the TÜV SÜD group in 2012. She started at TÜV SÜD in Singapore as VP-HR heading the HR team in the Asia Pacific region and deploying HR and talent policies to support the growth in Asia. In 2014, Jobina became Director – Employee Development in the Global HR team. More recently, she also was responsible for Executive Management as the HR Business Partner for Senior Executives at TÜV SÜD. Prior to TÜV SÜD, Jobina Gonsalves was leading the HR team for Robert Bosch in Singapore. Previously, Jobina drove the growth for an IT firm in Singapore by setting up the HR operations for a software firm.

Karen Keegans
Rockwell Automation [MILWAUKEE] (NYSE: ROK) announced the appointment of Karen Keegans as senior vice president, human resources. Most recently, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Pentair and previously held several senior leadership roles at Praxair and Monsanto.
JDA Software, Inc. [SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.] announced the appointment of Nathalie Carruthers as executive vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). She joins JDA from Benchmark Electronics. Carruthers replaces Brian Boylan who retired from the company at the end of 2018. Carruthers’ extensive human resources experience spans more than 20 years with leadership positions at Benchmark Electronics, Lumileds, Flex and Solectron (acquired by Flex).

Cheryl Halverson
Gongos, Inc. [ROYAL OAK, Mich.] named Cheryl Halverson as Chief People Officer (CPO). Halverson has served as the company’s Vice President, People Development & Planning since 2014, and has been with Gongos since 1998, where she held client service and team management roles.
Fred Alger Management, Inc. [NEW YORK] announced that Christie Tully has joined as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources. Tully joins Alger from Mission Capital Advisors, where she served as Director, Head of Human Resources. She previously held recruiting roles at Kain Management Group and Glocap Search. Prior, Ms. Tully worked as a project manager at General Electric and Thomson Financial. She began her career at Goldman Sachs as an internal wholesaler and sales desk analyst.
Core Molding Technologies, Inc. [COLUMBUS, Ohio] (NYSE American: CMT) announced that Renee Anderson has been appointed Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Prior to joining Core, Renee was President of Anderson Consulting Services, LLC. Prior to Anderson Consulting Services, Ms. Anderson served as the Americas Human Resources Director for Draexlmaier. Before that she held Human Resource leadership positions of increasing responsibility with Danfoss and Alcan Medical.
