Yvonne Franzese
CNO Financial Group, Inc. [CARMEL, Ind.] (NYSE: CNO) announced that Yvonne Franzese has been named Chief Human Resources Officer. Previous roles include top HR leadership positions at Allianz of America, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase and MetLife. In addition, Franzese is a retired Major from the Air National Guard.
Tenet Healthcare Corporation [DALLAS] (NYSE: THC) announced that Sandi Karrmann has been named senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Ms. Karrmann replaces Robb Webb, who has retired from the company. Since 2013, Ms. Karrmann has served as the chief human resources and support services officer for United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a subsidiary of Tenet Healthcare based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to USPI, she served in several chief people officer roles for Yum! Brands, Inc., including chief people officer for Yum! Restaurants International and Pizza Hut US. Before re-joining Yum!, Sandi served as the executive vice president and chief human resources officer for Meritage Homes Corporation. Prior to Meritage, she spent nearly 13 years with PepsiCo.
Peabody [ST. LOUIS] announced that Paul Richard has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. He spent nearly 15 years as Vice President – Human Resources for Shaw Industries Group, Inc., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. He also served as a human resources leader for 19 years at Ferro Corporation, including four years as Vice President – Human Resources.
Aerie Pharmaceuticals, Inc. [IRVINE, Calif.] (NASDAQ: AERI) announced the appointment of Paul Bae as Vice President of Human Resources. He previously held related positions at St. Jude Medical, Inc.
