Uber [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Nikki Krishnamurthy will join the company as Chief People Officer. Nikki joins Uber from Expedia, Inc., where she was most recently Chief People Officer and spent more than six years in senior HR roles. She also served as VP of Expedia Local Expert. Before joining Expedia, Nikki held human resources roles at WaMu and PNC Financial Services Group.

Darrell Ford
DuPont [WILMINGTON, Del.] announced Darrell Ford has been named chief human resources officer for the Specialty Products Division of DowDuPont, which is expected to become an independent company (future DuPont) by June 1, 2019. Ford’s appointment is effective Nov. 5, 2018. Ford joins DuPont from Xerox, where he served as chief human resources officer. Ford’s previous experience includes HR leadership roles at Advanced Micro Devices, Shell Oil and Honeywell International.
Whirlpool Corporation [BENTON HARBOR, Mich.] (NYSE: WHR) announced that David Binkley, chief human resources officer will begin his planned retirement on March 1, 2019 after nearly 35 years of service. Carey Martin, vice president of global human resources will succeed Binkley. Binkley was appointed to his current role in 2004. Carey Martin joined Whirlpool in 2013 as vice president of human resources for the North America region. In 2017, she assumed the role of vice president, global human resources. Prior to joining Whirlpool, she spent 13 years with Eaton Corporation in global leadership roles spanning business HR, manufacturing operations HR, talent and strategy, and executive compensation and benefits.

Laurie Rosenfield
CBS Corporation [NEW YORK] appointed Laurie Rosenfield to the newly created position of Chief People Officer. Rosenfield joined CBS in May 2018 as Senior Vice President, People Development, Human Resources, CBS Corporation. Prior to joining CBS, Rosenfield was a specialist in executive search and talent development since 2002, most recently serving as Managing Director, Executive Search at MediaLink from 2014 to 2018. Previously, she was Global Director, Executive Search at Wolters Kluwer, a global information and technology services firm, and before that, she served as Senior Vice President of Client Services at Bishop Partners Executive Search, and as Director, Technology, Media & Telecom Practice at CTPartners. Rosenfield worked for CBS earlier in her career in Network Sales and Affiliate Relations. She began her career in programming and development roles in the motion picture divisions for both United Artists Pictures and Twentieth Century Fox.
Manulife [Toronto] announced it has appointed Pamela Kimmet as Chief Human Resources Officer. Ms. Kimmet most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Cardinal Health. Ms. Kimmet has also served as a member of Manulife’s Board of Directors since March 2016. She resigned from that role effective September 4, 2018. She previously led the HR function at a number of global organizations, including Coca-Cola Enterprises, Bear, Stearns & Co. and Lucent Technologies, and held strategic HR roles at Citigroup and General Motors. In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors of Perspecta, a leading information systems and mission services provider to the U.S. government.
Juniper Networks [SUNNYVALE, Calif.] (NYSE: JNPR) announced the appointment of Eva Andres as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer. Andres was most recently at Virtustream.
Petco [SAN DIEGO] announced it has appointed Michelle Bonfilio as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Prior to joining Petco, she served as CHRO for The Wine Group, LLC. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Delta Dental of California, Big Heart Pet Brands and Gap, Inc. She begins her role on Oct. 22.

Tony Buffum
FLIR Systems, Inc. [WILSONVILLE, Ore.] (NASDAQ: FLIR) announced that Tony Buffum will join the company as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources (HR) Officer. Since 2008, Mr. Buffum worked at Stanley Black & Decker. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Human Resources for Stanley Black & Decker’s Security business unit. He previously held numerous HR leadership roles at Stanley Black & Decker. Mr. Buffum started his career at General Electric in 2003 as part of its Human Resources Leadership Program. Buffum replaces Paul Sale, who recently announced his resignation.
Erie Insurance [ERIE, Pa.] named Sean Dugan to vice president, Corporate Human Resources Officer. Dugan has served as the vice president of Talent Acquisition and Community Outreach since 2014. His leadership career at ERIE began in 2004 in the Corporate Training and Development department. In 2010, Dugan was named vice president of Corporate Training and Development before being named vice president of Recruiting in 2012. His new role begins Oct. 25.

John Benson
Skanska USA [NEW YORK] announced the promotions of John Benson to Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Benson has been with Skanska for 15 years. In previous roles with the company, he served as Executive Vice President, responsible for overseeing Human Resources (HR), Communications and Information Technology for Skanska’s infrastructure development operations. He also served in leading positions in the HR organization as a member of Skanska’s West Coast Management Team for the company’s civil operations, as well as the Senior Leadership Team for Skanska’s US building operations.
Data Intensity [BEDFORD, Mass.] announced that Kathy Eastwood has taken on new responsibility as Chief People Officer (CPO). Previous, Kathy was SVP, Business Operations.

Meili Chen
Versum Materials, Inc. [TEMPE, Ariz.] (NYSE: VSM) announced that Meili Chen has joined the company in the position of Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. Chen is originally from Taiwan and has broad human resources experience with several materials and technology-focused companies, including GE, Cigna, Rohm and Haas, Dow, Valspar, Danaher and FMC, in both Asia and the United States. Most recently, she was the Global Head of Human Resources at FMC’s Agricultural Solutions business.

Monica Friedman
LCS [Des Moines, Iowa] announced that Monica Friedman was hired as senior vice president and chief human resources officer. Most recently, she served as senior vice president of human resources for Nationwide and joins LCS on November 12, 2018.
