3M [ST. PAUL, Minn.] announced that Kristen Ludgate is appointed senior vice president, Human Resources, effective July 1, 2018. She most recently served as senior vice president, Corporate Communications and Enterprise Services. Prior to her current role, Ludgate was vice president of Global Human Resources Business Operations. Ludgate has also served as chief compliance officer, following her role as chief employment counsel. Previous to 3M she was a business lawyer in private practice and also held multiple positions in higher education. Ludgate will succeed Marlene McGrath, who announced her intention to retire, effective July 1, 2018.
Unisys Corporation [BLUE BELL, Pa. and DALLAS] (NYSE: UIS) announced that Katie Ebrahimi has joined the company today as its next senior vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer. Ebrahimi’s appointment is effective April 26. She will succeed Dave Loeser, who has served in the role for five years. Ebrahimi joins Unisys from DXC Technology, where she served as vice president of Human Resources, Global Delivery. Prior to joining DXC, Ebrahimi served as vice president of Human Resources, Enterprise Services, Global Practices & Solutioning for Hewlett-Packard Enterprise. Previously, she served in increasingly senior roles with Cisco Systems, Inc., Sun Microsystems, Inc. and McAfee, LLC.
Atlas Air Worldwide [PURCHASE, N.Y.] (NASDAQ: AAWW) has appointed Patricia Goodwin-Peters as Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Goodwin-Peters joins Atlas Air with more than 15 years of human resources experience. Most recently, she was the Head of Human Resources North America for Kate Spade & Company. Prior to Kate Spade, Ms. Goodwin-Peters held senior HR positions with Aeropostale, Inc. and Ralph Lauren Corporation.
TreeTown USA [HOUSTON] announced the promotion of Terri Cook to the new position as corporate vice president of human resources. Previously, Cook was Village Nurseries’ vice president of human resources and risk management.
Gainsight™ [SAN FRANCISCO] announced the addition of Carol Mahoney as Chief People Officer. Most recently, Carol was SVP of People and Culture at Zoosk. Prior to Zoosk, Carol held HR leadership roles for hyper-growth companies including LivingSocial, Yahoo, and Intuit. In 2009, she founded her own firm, Talent Acquisition On Demand, Inc., where she helped build talent acquisition capability and programs for clients including Meebo, Logitech, and OPOWER.
Grainger [CHICAGO] (NYSE: GWW) announced that Joseph High has decided to retire as Grainger’s Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer.
