BNY Mellon [NEW YORK] appointed Jolen Anderson as Global Head of Human Resources. Ms. Anderson will join the company on September 2, 2019. Ms. Anderson joins BNY Mellon from Visa, where she most recently served as Senior Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer and Chief Counsel, Employment and Social Responsibility. During her Visa tenure, Ms. Anderson also held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer for the Client Organization. Prior to joining Visa, she practiced law at a Chicago law firm where she represented parties in labor and employment matters.

Rhonda Turner
Benchmark Electronics, Inc. [TEMPE, Ariz.] (NYSE: BHE) announced the appointment of Rhonda Turner as chief human resources officer (CHRO). Turner most recently served as senior vice president of human resources for Universal Technical Institute, Inc. Prior to that, she held various human resources leadership roles at leading companies such as ConocoPhillips, Circle K and Main Street Restaurant Group, a TGI Friday’s franchisee.
Q-Centrix [Chicago] announced the addition of Elizabeth A. Hayden to the company’s new position of Chief People Officer. Hayden most recently held the role of Senior Vice President of People and Development for more than three years at Backstop Solutions Group. Before that, she was Chief Human Resources Officer for the Americas Region for JLL in Chicago.

Deborah LaMere
Merrill Corporation [St. Paul, Minn.] announced the appointment of Deborah LaMere as Vice President of Human Resources. Most recently, she served in senior employee engagement roles at Ceridian. These roles included Employee Engagement Product Management Manager and Vice President, Employee Experience & Culture. Prior to that, she was a Senior HR Consultant at Lawson Software and held several HR roles at Allina Hospitals & Clinics in Minneapolis.
Cerner Corporation [North Kansas City, Missouri] announced that Tracy Platt will join the company as its new Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Platt joins Cerner after spending nearly 10 years in executive HR roles at Medtronic. She was also previously with Cardinal Health and GE Healthcare. Platt succeeds Julie Wilson who spent 24 years at Cerner before retiring on June 30.

Claudine Ricard
Solotech [MONTREAL] announced the appointment of Claudine Ricard as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective August 6, 2019. Ricard joins Solotech with 25 years of experience in various human resources roles in large publicly traded organizations. In her most recent role, she was Vice-President Culture and Talent at TC Transcontinental. Prior to TC Transcontinental, she worked 19 years for CGI in various HR leadership positions including as Vice-President Culture and Experience, Vice-President Organizational Development and Leadership Institute and Vice-President HR Integration Center of Expertise, where she led all HR aspects of mergers and acquisitions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ricard also worked at Honeywell Aerospace.
Oh My Green [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Craig Simmons has been appointed the company’s new Chief of Human Evolution (CHE), or more commonly known as Chief People Officer. Most recently, he was the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Oakwood Worldwide. Prior to that, Craig served as CHRO for American Apparel. Earlier in his career, he served as an executive leader for the Screen Actors Guild Pension and Health Plans, Catholic Healthcare West (now Dignity Health), Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and Nestlé.

Yvonne Wolf
The National Restaurant Association [Washington, D.C.] announced the addition of Yvonne Wolf as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Most recently, Yvonne held leadership roles with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK). Yvonne joined GSK through the Novartis Vaccines acquisition as Global Head of HR for Manufacturing and Quality, where she led an HR team across six countries. At Novartis, she also served as Global Head of Leadership Development and Diversity & Inclusion.
Berkshire Hills Bancorp, Inc. [BOSTON] (NYSE: BHLB) announced the promotion of Jacqueline Courtwright to Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Berkshire Bank. Courtwright previously served as SVP, Human Resources Business Partner Leader at Berkshire Bank. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2012, Ms. Courtwright was VP, Human Resources Business Partner at Citizen Bank. She also held senior human resource roles during her 20 years at KeyBank.
Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (Shentel) [EDINBURG, Va.] (NASDAQ: SHEN) announced that Heather K. Banks has joined the Company as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Banks most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of American Woodmark. Prior to joining American Woodmark, she served as Vice President, Human Resources with Carlisle FoodService Products, a division of Carlisle Companies; and as Director of Human Resources with UTC Aerospace Systems and Goodrich Corporation.
