Bojangles, Inc. [CHARLOTTE, NC] announced that Monica Sauls joined the company as Chief People Officer. Most recently, she held human resources roles where she led a team of field HR business partners for Duke Energy’s Fossil Hydro and Nuclear divisions. Prior to Duke Energy, Sauls was responsible for senior executive and leadership development strategies at the Boeing Company. She also has served in key human resources and talent management leadership roles for Walgreens and Ingersoll Rand. Sauls joins Bojangles following the retirement of Vickie Smith, Senior Vice President of Human Resources.
Alteryx, Inc. [IRVINE, CA] (NYSE: AYX) announced that L. David Kingsley has joined the company in a newly created role as the chief human resources officer (CHRO). Most recently, David served as the chief people officer for Vlocity, leading up to and through its acquisition by Salesforce. David held executive roles at MuleSoft as the head of global people and places and at Salesforce as the senior vice president of human resources for strategy and operations. He has also served in organization development practice leadership roles at Accenture and Booz Allen, working with clients in the U.S. intelligence community, Oil & Gas, communications and high technology industries.
Citizens National Bank [Meridian, MS] announced that Terri McKelvaine has joined the Bank as Chief Human Resources Officer. McKelvaine most recently owned and managed Simply Smart Workforce Learning Solutions. Before her affiliation with Simply Smart, she was the Director of Employee Operations at Anderson Regional Health Systems. She was also employed with Avery Dennison Corporation in Meridian from 1993 to 2013, where she served as a Human Resources Consultant and Training Specialist, among other responsibilities.
Benefitfocus, Inc. [CHARLESTON, SC] (NASDAQ: BNFT) announced Robin Kirby joined the company as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Kirby formerly served as Senior Vice President of HR for USAA. Kirby has more than 20 years of HR experience and has held HR leadership roles in companies such as Infosys, Symantec and General Electric.
ICF [FAIRFAX, VA] (NASDAQ: ICFI) announced that Caryn McGarry was elevated to senior vice president and chief human resources (HR) officer. McGarry joined ICF in 2017 as head of talent acquisition. She transitioned into an expanded role in 2019 as vice president of ICF’s HR centers of expertise.
Emory Healthcare [ATLANTA] announced that Lilicia Bailey has been named chief human resources officer (CHRO), effective Sept. 28. Bailey joins Emory Healthcare from Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, NC, where she served as system senior vice president, chief people officer and system academic enterprise change executive. Prior to Wake Forest Baptist Health, Bailey was executive vice president and chief people officer at Belk, Inc., and senior vice president for business services and global chief people officer at Manheim Auctions, a part of Cox Enterprises, Inc.
HanesBrands [WINSTON-SALEM, NC] (NYSE: HBI) announced the appointment of Kristin L. Oliver to the position of chief human resources officer. Oliver joins HanesBrands from Walgreens Boots Alliance where she was senior vice president and chief human resources officer for Walgreens. Prior to joining Walgreens Boots Alliance, Oliver was an executive at Chico’s where she simultaneously served as executive vice president of human resources, legal and field operations. In an 11-year career at Walmart, Oliver held chief human resources officer roles domestically and internationally as well as general counsel of employment law.
UGI Corporation [VALLEY FORGE, PA] (NYSE: UGI) announced that Judy Zagorski has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”). In her most recent role, she served as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources & CHRO at Church & Dwight. Prior to joining Church & Dwight, Judy held the positions of Senior Vice President – Human Resources and Vice President – Human Resources, Development and Strategy at BASF.
