Hitachi Vantara [SANTA CLARA, Calif.] a wholly owned subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd. announced the appointment of its new Chief Human Resources Officer, Kristin Machacek Leary. Leary joins Hitachi Vantara from Forcepoint where she served as vice president and CHRO. Previously, Leary held HR leadership roles at Alphatec Spine, Quintiles, HP and Boston Scientific.
Transaction Data Systems (TDS) [OCOEE, Fla.] announced that Maureen Brennan has been named the company’s Chief People Officer (CPO). Brennan most recently served as a Chief Human Resource Officer for Informatica. Prior to Informatica, she was the Chief People Officer for TriZetto, where she led Human Resources for over a decade. Brennan also worked at AT&T during her career.
Equifax Inc. [ATLANTA] (NYSE: EFX) named Carla J. Chaney as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, replacing Coretha M. Rushing who is retiring after 13 years with the company. Chaney joins Equifax from Graphic Packaging International where she served as executive vice president of human resources and communications. Chaney joined Graphic Packaging International in 2013. Prior to her work with Graphic Packaging International, Chaney held leadership positions with Exide Technologies, Newell Rubbermaid and Georgia-Pacific Corporation.
Blink Health [NEW YORK] announced that Madan Nagaldinne has joined the company as Chief People Officer. Nagaldinne joins Blink Health from Compass, where he served as Chief People Officer. Prior to his tenure at Compass, Nagaldinne spent over ten years developing workforces at some of the most notable companies in the world, including Facebook and Amazon. Nagaldinne is on the advisory board for Knotel, Career List and Better Mortgage.
Veracode [BURLINGTON, Mass.] announced that Catherine Reid has joined the Veracode team as Chief Human Resources Officer. Most recently, Reid was head of human resources for EBSCO Information Services and previously held HR leadership positions with Thomson Reuters in London, Boston and Washington, D.C. Previously, she was HR Manager for LM Ericsson in Dublin and worked as a Compensation and Benefits Consultant for Mercer.
Gusto [SAN FRANCISCO] announced that Danielle Brown will join the company as chief people officer. Brown most recently was vice president, employee engagement at Google. She also served as Google’s chief diversity and inclusion officer. Before joining Google in 2017, Brown was vice president and group chief human resources officer at Intel Corporation. Prior to that, she served as vice president and chief diversity and inclusion officer and was also chief of staff to Intel’s chief executive officer. Brown began her career as a consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and also spent nearly a decade in the biotechnology industry in sales and marketing roles.
Scholar Rock Holding Corporation [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] (NASDAQ: SRRK) announced the appointment of Lisa Amaya Price as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. Amaya Price joins Scholar Rock from Takeda Pharmaceuticals Company Ltd., where she led the organizational design and talent selection related to the company’s acquisition of Shire Pharmaceuticals. Previously, she was Global Head of Human Resources for Takeda’s vaccine business unit. Before joining Takeda, Ms. Amaya Price served in various positions of increasing responsibility at Biogen, Inc. from 2008 to 2016, including most recently Senior Director, Human Resources of R&D. Earlier in her career, she held human resource leadership positions at Interpublic Group, Inc., Metro International S.A., and American Financial Systems, Inc.
