Raytheon Technologies [WALTHAM, MA] (NYSE: RTX) appointed Dantaya Williams as chief human resources officer. Williams replaces Doug Balsbough, who is retiring from the company after guiding the HR function through the closing of the merger of Raytheon Company and United Technologies (UTC). Williams joined the company in 1999 and was most recently vice president of human resources for the Commercial Engines division of Pratt & Whitney. Prior to her role at Pratt & Whitney, Williams was UTC’s vice president of talent, inclusion and engagement.
1World Sync [CHICAGO, IL] announced Eileen Timmins, Ph.D. has been appointed as CHRO/Vice President of Human Resources and Administration. Eileen was recently Global Chief Human Resources Officer at IPC System, with headquarters located in Jersey City, New Jersey.
Neovia Logistics [IRVING, Texas] announced that Michael Foss moved into the Chief Human Resources Officer role. Foss has been with Neovia since 2016, moving into the CHRO role from his position as Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness, Talent Management and HR Information Systems.
LaserShip [VIENNA, VA] announced the appointment of Bhavna Dave as Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining LaserShip, Dave led HR at Frontpoint. Before Frontpoint, Dave spent five years at AddThis.
BluSky Restoration Contractors, LLC [DENVER] appointed Jeffrie A. Thornsbury to the newly-created position of Vice President of Human Resources. Thornsbury joins the firm from Amazon, where he was a regional senior human resources manager.
