The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) [WASHINGTON] announced the appointment of Tracy Gee as NACD chief people officer. Gee joins NACD from Raytheon Co., where she most recently served as vice president of Human Resources for the Global Business Development function located in multiple domestic and international locations. Prior to Raytheon, Gee held numerous positions of increasing responsibility at Fidelity Investments and Liberty Mutual Co. She began her career at The First National Bank of Boston.
Harsco Corporation [CAMP HILL, PA] (NYSE: HSC) announced it has appointed Wendy Livingston as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Livingston joins Harsco from The Boeing Company where she worked for the past 24 years, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Human Resources. Her appointment is effective September 2.
ProShares Advisors LLC [BETHESDA, MD] announced that Michael Butler was recently named Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer. Butler previously served as Managing Director and Head of Human Capital for Point72 Asset Management.
Westfield [WESTFIELD CENTER, OH] announced that Jennifer Palmieri joined as Chief People Officer. Prior to joining Westfield, Palmieri spent nearly 18 years at Cigna, where she most recently served as Vice President of HR with the global technology team.
Royal Cup Coffee & Tea (Royal Cup, Inc.) [BIRMINGHAM, AL] announced that Heather Leonard has been promoted to senior vice president human resources. Leonard joined Royal Cup in November 2019 as vice president human resources and has led several significant projects since joining the organization.
Alight Solutions [LINCOLNSHIRE, IL] announced that Michael Rogers has been named chief human resources officer. Rogers was most recently chief people officer of NGA Human Resources until the close of Alight’s acquisition of the business in late 2019. In addition, he has also held key HR leadership roles at Vistaprint, Travelocity and Cisco.
WSFS Bank [WILMINGTON, DE], subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WSFS) announced Michael L. Conklin as its new Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Conklin was most recently Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources for US Bank’s consumer, business banking and payment services. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Global Human Resources for Pentair’s process technologies global business unit. Conklin is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp (USMC), serving in the Gulf War and later in the USMC Reserves.
ZYUS Life Sciences Inc. [SASKATOON, Saskatchewan] announced the appointment of Irene Posyluzny to the position of Vice President, Human Resources. Posyluzny joins ZYUS from Finning International, where she served as VP of Human Resources Finning Canada, and previously held senior leadership roles at Newalta, Shaw Communications Inc., The Government of Alberta and Home Depot Canada.
Visual Lease [WOODBRIDGE, NJ] announced the appointment of Amy Land as Director, Human Resources. Prior to joining Visual Lease, Land spent more than 20 years at mid- and large-size companies creating and implementing policies and programs to enhance the full life-cycle of the employee.
Navitus Health Solutions [MADISON, WI] announced that Eric Feinstein has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Chief People Officer. Feinstein joins Navitus from SSM Health, where he served as Vice President, Total Rewards. Prior to SSM Health, he spent nearly 16 years in senior leadership roles in human resources functions at one of the nation’s largest Catholic health systems. Feinstein is an Enrolled Actuary, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and has served for 20 years on the committee that develops one of the actuarial certification exams.
