Schneider Electric [ANDOVER, Mass.] named Helen Bradley to its North America Operations leadership team as Senior Vice President of Human Resources in the region. Helen was most recently responsible for accelerating the transformation of the culture of innovation in Schneider Electric, and previously operated as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources in Global Operations, based in Barcelona, Spain.

Michael Fischer
White Lodging [MERRILLVILLE, Ind.] announced Michael Fischer as its new Chief Human Resources Officer. For the past four years, Fischer has led the Human Resources function for New York City based Loews Hotels & Co. Prior to Loews, he spent 16 years with Starwood Hotels and Resorts, holding various human resources leadership roles throughout the US and Caribbean. Fischer earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Hospitality Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout.
Ascend Performance Materials [HOUSTON] announced the hiring of Gustavo Nechar to the role of vice president and chief human resources officer. Prior to joining Ascend, Nechar served as vice president of human resources at Dresser-Rand. Nechar also has held human resources leadership positions at WABCO Vehicle Control Systems and Valeo, among others.
Neon Therapeutics [CAMBRIDGE, Mass.] announced that Teresa (Terry) Regan has joined the company as its first full-time vice president of human resources. Ms. Regan was the first head of human resources at Cubist Pharmaceuticals. Following Cubist, Ms. Regan joined Compound Therapeutics where she oversaw all human resources functions, including change management, as the company transitioned to Adnexus Therapeutics. Following this, Ms. Regan moved to Tolerx as vice president of human resources. For the past five years Ms. Regan has consulted to many prominent biotechnology companies, providing leadership, strategic guidance and coaching for senior executives.

BullseyeEngagement LLC [HOUSTON, TX] announced that Delta Emerson has joined the company as Chief People & Strategy Officer. Delta Emerson recently concluded a 13-year career at Ryan LLC, a corporate tax advisory firm, last serving as President of Global Shared Services.
